We tried just about everything available and found most beers to be solid representations of their styles, with the Black Pepper IPA, Raspberry Blonde and Wild Honey Saison being at the top for me. Nothing was truly exceptionable, but all enjoyable. Their homemade root beer was unique and a good NA option. The staff (presuming they were the owners) were very friendly, the interior space is comfortable and they have a fair amount of patio space for when the weather allows for it.

For a newly opened restaurant, the service was quick and efficient as was the food which was also creative and tasty and reasonably priced. There was a decent enough beverage list revolving mainly around beer, wine and a few non-alcoholic offerings. Charming ambiance with mermaids everywhere, there is a book store reading room attached to the cafe.

Finns is an intimate boardwalk space that fills up rather quickly. Luckily, we seemed to make it there at a good time. OMG --Finn's pies are a must! Their menu wasn't overwhelming but it was still difficult to make a choice. We went with a large "Bronko." The coppa was perfect. The pie was thin crust and crisply. We ordered a few brews to take in the beach views while we waited. We can't wait to return!

The wines here are all on the sweeter side (I am not a fan of sweet wines) but they did have a few options that even my palate enjoyed to sample though not enough to buy a bottle of... though you may find it to your liking! A fun fact about the Homer Bear Creek Winery is that most of the wine is not produced from grapes but from various local berries. Overall, it was a fun and different experience with a friendly and informative staff member who made the tasting experience quite enjoyable while browsing the trinkets in the gift shop/tasting room. The property also hosts an inn and has a cozy cabin vibe. If going for just the wine tasting I'd say an hour is plenty for a fun thing to do in Homer.

They have many drink options, alcoholic and nonalcoholic (I saw a whole page of mocktails). The ambiance is warm and a feels a bit old fashioned. Tables are covered with black tablecloth. We had an attentive server, and service was quick.
