She kindly advised it'd be best to utilize CBD and bring him in muzzled for his first time since he does throw warning bites to new faces. To my surprise, Ryu did gravitate towards Estrella, and did not try biting and she was able to complete the full service with no issue. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and it made me feel very calm as well knowing Ryu was in great hands. Worth every single penny and I will definitely be bringing him back here always. I don't think I've seen her this white in a while. Unfortunately, my dog had a little poppy accident and Estrella was so nice and understanding about the situation. She even helped with suggesting a new diet for her so she can be healthier and grow a nicer coat. Such a great help. Her prices were also reasonable as well. When I called to inform the groomer, he took zero accountability and actually blamed my dog instead of showing even basic concern or professionalism. Not even bothering to offer a simple apology. Accidents can happen, but denying them and dismissing a clearly injured pet is unacceptable. I saw another review of an injured dog, with the owner having basically the same experience. I will never return, and I strongly recommend choosing a groomer who puts animal safety and basic responsibility FIRST.

They should have named it "unpuffy tail") back to it: grooming happens now because our boy cat has asthma and whenever his hair gets super long it triples this pretty bad dry coughing attacks. I figured it out after bringing him back after trying this years ago and like magic he stopped coughing. So we continue every 4-5 months. Hector did a really great job, it took an hour, they are pricey though- that's why 4stars for me but that's not a reflection of their work. Price is somewhat relative I know but for me they are $40 more than where I was going prior (great groomer/kind to our boy/ but she left.) Where are they exactly in this particular SF Valleys Shopping Plaza Maze: You will find them in this plaza with the biggest bldg being a CVS facing Ventura. Head in off Ventura or that next side road, and if you were standing straight in front of cvs with your body.... Go RIGHT- the groomers are on that side, and their store front is FACING the side of CVS. PARKING: You can park in front of CVS OR you CAN drive to that little right side too! If you do you will pass Puffy or unpuffy tail which will then b on your right w/ the side of cvs on your left. Parking in small slots back there. ROCKSTARS, or just busy people: You can also double park in front of the groomers, haul-ass in and drop off your pet/ and haul-ass back out and drive. Alley size street only has enough room for one and a 1/2 cars;) PT has only day-walker times - check their times yourself but I believe by 5pm, they're out. Try um. See what you think. Oh, and.... the first person who shares a video with us all showing you telling puffy tail in-person to change their name and why, and gives them at least THREE other company name suggestions....I'll give you $5 (the funnier, the better!)

I was so nervous taking my…read morepuppy in to get groomed professionally because she is amazing with people but her main fear trigger is being bathed and brushed and she screams at the top of her lungs and resists. This has been a massive struggle for me grooming her at home so once she hit 5 months and was vaccinated I knew I needed to have her professionally groomed because it was just too hard to navigate her fear for me. My puppies name is Princess May and not only did they get her groomed which in itself is a feat they got her completely clean with a gorgeous cut that wasn't too short but clean and trimmed in the areas she needs it most. Thank you to the team at poodle puff for getting my baby groomed so lovely despite her being a little scared rescue puppy still learning to feel safe. Added some before and after pictures because I was truly so overjoyed at how they cut her without shaving her down.
