My dog was injured at this location and I was never notified. I picked her up and she had a huge hole on her side that was infected. The front desk said she was bit and manager said it was due to play. I brought her to the vet and it was infected and needed stitches but due to Camp Bow Wow (manager Lisa) failing to provide proper care, it was too late. The vet said either a dog dug it's nail in it or more likely was stabbed by a fence not properly secured. Camp Bow Wow failed to provide medical attention to my dog. The manager is extremely rude and gaslights. On the phone she told me she'd pay for my medical expense and review video with me when I went on site. When I went on-site, she said the opposite and acted like I was lying. She changed the story to there is now no footage when she told me she investigated it and part of the process is having footage. She even tried to blame the new front desk girl for her lack of providing proper training. All around terrible experience. I asked her for the owners contact information and she refused to give it to me and she said it's up to the owner to contact me. Lisa is terrible and so is this location. I feel bad for the employees and worry about all pets safety here.

Bad customer service. I call to get an update at 12:30pm, they say one of my dogs is almost done... 1:58pm comes around and I get a message that ONE of my dogs is ready. I call to check the price, cause it's only cash. They say $220.83. My mom goes to pick them up but my mom was short .3 cents!!! 3 CENTS.. the lady still waited to get her 3 cents, but luckily my mom had a bill of $100. So my mom hands them $300. The change should be $1.17, and this lady only gives my mom $78 of change. Just like they didn't want to be short .3 cents instead they shorted us out $1.17 which is nothing but it just says a lot about how they handle business. So I drive up there to get the rest of the change. And at this point I'm over it. You already know it's a problem when they don't give receipts out. I go and they gave me $1 back, then I walk out and get in my car, and the MANAGER comes out and starts telling me I could've been nicer She continues to argue with me and I told her they need to start giving out receipts. I also pointed out her nasty attitude that she has Everytime dang time and that They are not welcoming at all. Then another girl that works there comes out and starts chiming in too. What a team effort when it comes to that but not when it comes to grooming, they took 7 hours on two dogs WHEN THEY HAD 3 girls onsite. Will explain the steps below but here's my what I love : Love that small and big dogs are separated! Love that it's clean, has shade, a million water bowls around and seating! Also love they have a bar, drinks, decent food and friendly staff. They truly were so nice and I noticed they remembered everyone and their dogs Ok! So steps so you don't feel as dumb as I did lol, Walk around to the main entrance, there's only one entrance exit. Check in first. Get your day pass or membership (Honestly it's a great deal for everything you get!) I'd absolutely pay just because it's so clean and well taken care of! Then, grab your drink and head to the park section I not know did the opposite and couldn't open the gate (because you need your pass haha) and then I couldn't figure how to get back out I got the burger and crinkle cut friends it was decent better than fast food. Day pass was $12 Burger was $12 We had a great time!
