Then when my now 1.5 year old puppy was full grown and became harder to manage we got back in touch and she'd offer suggestions. Finally when she neared the age of 2 I realized I needed professional help Amillie came in and once again explained things even on our first session in a way I could understand and broke down behaviors for me. I actually have 2 giant breed Greater Swiss mountain dogs and she has helped me with training both of them. Mainly frustration reactivity for my younger female "puppy" and then being able to successfully loose leash walk both of them together (2 strong willed and physically strong, with a combined weight of ~200 lb) female dogs. Each time we meet I leave with so much information. She's been great and I only wish we started training them with Amillie when my girls were younger. You won't regret this partnership or Amillie's expertise. Training comes natural to her. It's a gift and that's with me already having had 2 large breed independent dogs before working with her!

My fur babies (dog and cat) love going to Victorya's. I…read morenever worry about them because Tracy is such an animal lover herself. We get daily texts with photos. Such a comfort! There was an incident where my cat swiped at my dog. (It happens here at home often.) Tracy immediately called me, and took our dog to the vet (he needed a stitch on his ear). She was so calm, completely in charge, and handled the whole incident with aplomb. Like I said, I never worry when LambChop and BobKat are at Victorya's!

The first time everything went well. The second time.........horrid experience. There were several other dogs, unlike the last time, and I feel they took on more than they could handle. However, apparently my dog was hit by a bicycle Saturday afternoon. They didn't notify me or seek medical care, and they didn't even inform me of the accident when I picked him up. I ended up having to seek emergency medical care and incurred vet bills totaling several hundred dollars. She is refusing to take responsiblity for the accident that occurred while in her care due to negligence on her part and I now have to take them to small claims court to seek relief from this mess. Save yourself the hassle and hire actual PROFESSIONALS, not those that pretend to have a professional business. My dog was returned to me LIMPING and would not put weight on his back leg. He was not sick and he was not depressed. At some point he apparently had the opportunity to run in front of a bicycle (see picture) and was injured. The vet bills were incurred while getting my dog the care he needed to address this injury.
