    Let me start by saying that this is apparently a TSC corporate issue as well as a store issue…read more I was looking for a good price on hydraulic fluid for my tractor online, and found that TSC carried what I needed. They charged about $17 to deliver in a few days or $19 to deliver on that day. I placed the order online and waited, and waited, and waited. Then I went back to check on the order and the online system said it could not be delivered that day, as promised, but would be there by 3:30pm the next day. I decided I could just pick up what I needed in Escondido, so I canceled the online order, that same day, within a few hours, using the same system I used to order it. The next day, without any communication at all, a guy shows up at my door with the product. I told him I had canceled the order. He verified to me that he was delivering on behalf of the Valley Center TSC and he was a 3rd party contractor. He said this has happened many times before. I told him I didn't need the product and to take it back. He showed me the text he sent to TSC that stated my reasons. The next day, I checked my credit card and saw the "pending" charge still sitting on the account. I waited to see if it would reconcile in the next day or so. The next day, late in the day, someone tried to deliver the pale of fluid AGAIN. This time he dropped it off on my driveway, made no attempt to contact me, and was headed up the driveway on foot when I called to him (three times) and he finally responded. I told him the order had been canceled, and I asked if he worked for TSC. He said he DID work for TSC, the SAME STORE in Valley Center that the other guy tried to deliver from. He took that pale away and I checked my credit card the next day to find that the charge was still pending. I waited for another 24 hours and low and behold the charge went from pending to CHARGED on my account. It then became a phone hassle for me to try to get my money back from a company that refused to take NO for an answer and was bent on shoving their product down my throat, no matter what. I don't know if this is a corporate issue or a store issue, but I DO know that this was no accident or miscommunication. They can't blame the computer for this. I was able to get a "Team Leader" at the store to process a "Return" for a product I never received, on an order I canceled within a couple of hours of placing it, but now I can spend even more time making sure that this happens. I always liked the store and the idea of having their products available for a reasonable price, but I will not do business with shady people, no matter how good the store may appear to be. I'm done with TSC for good, unless I get a corporate person to reach out to me and convince me that this is just the actions of a rogue store manager in Valley Center and not a typical TSC experience.

    The owner is RUDE. We agreed upon the service that would be performed and the price when I dropped…read moreoff my 5 month old puppy. (Same service & price that was done last month). She called me after two hours to let me know he was ready and complained that he "hasn't learned to stop barking". Anyone with any dog knowledge knows that puppies bark when they are under stress. During the phone conversation, we had a minute with a bad connection and I told her that I missed some of what she had just said because the phone had cut out. She rudely commented, "no, that was your dog barking." She proceeded to REPEATEDLY yell, "Stop that!" at my pup, while calling him by name...while I was LISTENING on the phone. Anyone with any dog knowledge knows that when a dog is stressed out and barking, the last thing that you want to do is yell at them. It only increases stress and therefore increases their barking. I immediately drove to pick up my puppy. When I got there, the lady at the desk told me the price, which was five dollars more than what we had agreed upon. I told her that the amount was $45 last month for the same service. She asked the owner, who rudely replied, "Well, it's $50 today". When I asked what the difference was, she told me that my puppy hadn't stopped barking & he had thrown up and she had to clean it up & do more brushing. I told her that I imagine he threw up because he was stressed and that I heard her yelling at him while I was on the phone, so I could only imagine how she treated him when I wasn't on the phone. She looked right at me & denied yelling at him. (I know what I heard) I would never take an animal to this woman again. Oh...and guess who hasn't barked ONCE since we picked him up?

This is the only place I trust with my Goldendoodle. Max the little guy is a recent addition to our family. He was adopted from the humane society and had no idea how he would behave. I knew that Tony would be the person to start his grooming journey with. Take a moment to ask the necessary questions that fit your needs. Check out the place for yourself. Make your own decision. I was recommended by a total stranger and to this day I'm beyond glad. Chewie gets super excited when we arrive and looks forward to his grooming and saying hello to Tony and friends.
