They make a damn good cup of coffee. It's one of the few places left where you can get a snack (burrito bite) that's the perfect size and affordable. I appreciate that it's organic too. Music and vibe is good. My favorite in the area.

Groundwork Coffee has some of the best brew in the game and this location is no different than my usual spot in Larchmont Village. This is a very tiny shop but even without seating space, they still have a wall full of products you can buy and a good number of java options. I always get the Cold Brew + add in the ShroomWorks extract. Give me that natural mushroom high, baybee! It's a delicious coffee without the gross artificial flavoring taste you'll sometimes get in shroom drinks. A shining piece of this particular location, the staff! So friendly, so outgoing and they loved my bestie's Tiger Belly shirt. You like Bobby Lee, then you're good people in my book, lol! I have summer plans of biweekly beach trips and I will surely stop in for my morning pick me up here every time.

This is a take-out only spot located in a lovely neighborhood. Got an iced matcha tea - matcha was dull and didn't seem like super high quality, and the drink itself was pretty watery. Service felt a bit distracted.

Gritty, to the point, and I love it. This is for the for real coffee drinkers. B*tches Brew remains my favorite coffee, not just because of the Miles Davis reference, but also because it's a solid dark roast. Groundwork is the only coffee shop to my knowledge that has hemp milk as a dairy alternative, which is an added bonus. You won't get to sit down here, but you can grab a coffee to go and take a stroll along Main Street. *Metered parking in the back.

Ordered a Oat milk vanilla latte. Coffee tasted good. Both staff were very friendly. Great ambiance inside of the store with all different types of coffee. Only disappointing part was no coffee art when I received my latte. I was expecting that very much .

The dirty place in front of Groundwork. And the employee just told us they DON'T care about to clean.

It's located along the boardwalk at the beginning of the pier. Literally right at the base of it. Of course with the patio seating, that's the best seat in town. You have the view of the boardwalk and it perfect for people watching. When we stopped in, there was a security guard checking for ID. I guess even with a restaurant they carded people and stamped their hand for alcohol. Patio was open seating with wooden tables and umbrellas. There was two bar on the patio. Majority of the seating were outdoor. Later found out that there's a nice beer garden out back where the restroom was but it wasn't open. Staff were all friendly which is nice. It's a casual beachside cafe. Menu had your usual food, easy eats. Started off with a nice cold one which we were surprised when they brought it out. It was massive. Food, your usual beachside menu. The Philly cheesesteak, which everything as à la carte. It was decent, nothing major but good. Also an order of the chili cheese fries, fish and chips and a classic hot dog with trimming on the side. Food was decent for a beachside cafe. It's nothing fancy but a fun casual dining experience. Vibe and ambiance was pretty mellow and chill. When we were there it seemed more like holiday makers versus the locals. We had a nice experience for our first time and the service was great. Staff were all friendly and sweet. You never know what might be going on in front of this bar/cafe. We watched a guy and girl do a skate board photo shoot doing some crazy tricks. Super friendly. You do not wait for a table you seat yourself. Someone will come with a two sided menu. Now on to the food. The food is decent. Not over the top. Pricing is about $10-$20 depending what you order. We got the salad without feta cheese with ranch, which was ok. The clam chowder that I've seen raved about I was disappointed as it did not come in a bread bowl. But it wasn't bad. Fries were the perfect mixture of crispy and soft. The magi mahi sandwich was good. I bet they got a lot of dine and dashers previously because they take your credit card up front. So don't be surprised when they ask you for it.

The drinks are consistently good, which I really appreciate. That said, the hours have been a little iffy lately. There have been several instances where I've shown up around 7:15-7:20 AM only to find the chairs still up on the tables and the lights off, so I'm assuming someone didn't show up on time. The most recent instance was this Wednesday (9/2/26), when I arrived around 7:20 AM and the shop was still closed. It was a bummer, especially since this isn't the first time it's happened. I tried my luck again yesterday (9/3) and today (9/4) around the same time, and luckily the shop was open. Shoutout to the girls who were working yesterday and this morning for showing up on time and making some fire drinks! . I hope the opening hours become more reliable, especially for the early workers.
