After Grubby Dogs opened up their new location, just down the road from my house, I decided to take my dog here since I can just walk down the street to drop her and pick her up. After dropping her off the first time, I let them know that she had not been groomed much, as far as I know only 3 times by myself and possibly never before I adopted her, they reassured her and me that she was safe there. We discussed what cut they would do and they let me know that they would start her grooming experience right away and call me as soon as she was done so that she wasn't having to wait around in a kennel. Within 90 minutes she was perfectly groomed and they called me to pick her up. I greatly appreciated this as at one of the other groomers they forgot to call me completely when I had dropped her in the morning and she had been stuck in a kennel for several hours before I called to check on her. We have since returned and again, have had nothing but a great grooming experience including their customer experience. I appreciate that I can support a local business that offers such a great experience for me and my dog. read more

This was our first time taking our chocolate lab to Grubby Dogs. She had a tremendous experience and she came out looking beautiful and smelling great. Took my two dogs in last week for a full groom (morkie and a yorkie). They did a great job! The pups look great and they were in/out in under 3 hours. I paid $48 each for a full groom. I really love taking both of my dogs to Grubby Dogs. I have a Golden Retriever and German Shephard and they do a wonderful job grooming them for the summer season when I need their hair cut, but also year-round as well. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I also love that they are located right within my neighborhood - I will often walk the dogs over for their grooming appointment, saving my car from their shedding, and the dogs enjoy the walk too! read more

I am so happy with Grubby Dogs! I cannot day enough good things. I adopted my Cocker Spaniel Mix this month. When we first got her, I immediately scheduled an appointment. Even though they were super booked, they said they would try to fit my dog in between other clients to get her done. Unfortunately, because her spay site was healing, we had to put it off. When she was finally healed I made my appointment. Christie the receptionist is incredibly sweet! Seeing such a friendly face when you walk in is so important and it was a pleasure meeting her. When I got Drizzle originally, she was incredibly matted and grimey. Even though I tried to cut as many matts off and clean her as best as I could prior to her appointment she was still pretty dirty. When I picked Drizzle up from her appointment she looked like a completely new dog! I could hardly recognize her. She is so adorable and I can't thank you all enough! Thank you so much Christie for being so friendly, Morgan for doing such a great job with Drizzle's grooming, and Debra the owner for being so kind and accommodating with me. You guys are the best! Took my dogs here for the first time, we were walk-ins. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The groomers were awesome and did a great job on my dogs, one was a lot of work due to her mats and that did cost extra but they told me about it up front and if the job is gonna take longer than a normal groom than I would expect to pay more. My doggies looked great and were happy. Made a follow-up appt for next month so I will be going back. read more

First time as a walk-in for a nail trim. Professional, courteous, friendly! Not afraid of my Dobie, and did a fantastic job getting her nails short after I waited too long to take her in. Bonus: Every other place I go has me try to hold my dog while they clip. I wait too long in between because I have a toddler and can't wrangle both!
