The Quiche Lorraine were 2 slices of quiche which were very dense with pieces of ham in a rich cheese & egg blend in a flaky crust, a bit of a saltier flavor. The Mac & Cheese had firm cavatappi macaroni smothered in a rich cheese sauce. I finished much of the food ordered, but I needed a small box for the extra slice of quiche, which I enjoyed for breakfast the next day. Overall, I enjoyed a nice filling lunch at Falcons Brewhouse with friendly service. I was also told that the menu here is evolving and changing with the charcuterie board being discontinued.
