A Reminder That Good People Still Lead Good Businesses…read more I've been a client of this salon for over three years, and my experiences have always been consistently positive. Two weeks ago, I had an appointment with a newer stylist who simply wasn't the right fit for me -- the first less‑than‑ideal visit I've had here. But this review isn't about that moment. It's about how the owner, Shana, responded. After taking some time to reflect, I reached out to Shana directly. Her response was immediate, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive. She listened without defensiveness, made space for my concerns, and made me feel heard, valued, and respected as a long‑time client. I truly felt cared for. What stood out most was the professionalism and integrity with which she handled the situation. She addressed everything swiftly and sincerely, and she did so without ever making me feel guilty, responsible, or uncomfortable. Instead, she expressed gratitude that I brought the issue to her and took action right away to make things right. When I left the salon that day, I wasn't sure if I would return. But after seeing how deeply Shana cares about her clients and her business -- and how committed she is to ensuring a positive experience -- I can say with confidence that I absolutely will. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business responds is what truly defines it. And Shana defined this moment with professionalism, care, and integrity. Thank you, Shana, for your kindness, your responsiveness, and the way you handled this situation. Your commitment to your clients speaks volumes.

RUN AWAY ! DONT WALK !…read more I booked an appointment with a stylist that was recommended by the front desk. When I booked the appointment I asked about their stylists and asked to please match me with someone who was good with long hair cuts as I had very long hair. My hair texture is simple. Straight hair but it was long. The front desk paired me with a stylist for a hair cut and blow dry . I was 20 minutes late to said appointment and I take full responsibility for that. I was fully prepared for my appointment to be cancelled without a refund on the deposit. When I arrived I could tell the stylist was annoyed which I totally understood considering my late arrival. (I did call to let them know I was running late ) Because I had booked a hair cut and blow dry, theoretically, she should have had sufficient time for the cut but perhaps not the blow dry. I was very clear that I didn't need the blow dry and that the hair cut alone would do just fine. I would have been okay with being charged for the blow dry even if it wasn't done as that was what was scheduled. Instead, the stylist accepted me and proceeded with the appointment. She was visibly annoyed which made me uncomfortable but I stayed in good faith . She was personable during the appointment. We chatted throughout but I was concerned with the way she was cutting my hair . I am not a hair stylist so I thought maybe I was over thinking it and just needed to trust the process. I was incredibly wrong. The hair was left ridiculously uneven, not the shape we discussed and left me with a "rat tail". She went up so high on the sides so that I would have to essentially cut 6 or more inches off to even everything out. I cannot prove it but I am convinced this was done on purpose as a way to get back at me for coming late. When she finished the hair cut I knew something was off but couldn't really look at it properly until I had arrived at home. Even though I knew it was off , I decided to still tip the stylist 15 dollars as a courtesy and my way of apologizing for being late. The tip was not because I felt the hair cut was done well. When I got home I saw just how bad it was. I was so upset and dumbfounded that I wanted to cry . The next day I contacted the salon to inform them of what happened. I called looking to speak to the salon owner because this was not a small mistake. The salon owner never called me personally to discuss the situation . The receptionist, who said he was the lead, handled all communication between the owner and I. I was offered to have the hair cut redone with a different stylist (I made it clear I would not feel comfortable with the initial stylist) at no extra cost to me. That didn't work out for me so I asked for a refund which they obliged. Although the owner herself wasn't responsible for my hair cut, I feel she should have called to discuss the matter with me personally . I am very disappointed not only with the stylist but with the owner for not providing better customer service. I do not recommend this hair salon and will never return again.

As a retired nail technician, I'm extremely picky about my nails and notice every little detail…read more Because of my background, I know the difference between an average nail service and someone who truly takes pride in their work. Finding a salon that meets my standards isn't easy. I've been coming here for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier. Nick is incredibly detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely kind. He takes his time to make sure every nail is perfect and never rushes the process. He's also wonderful at helping me choose colors whenever I can't decide. When Nick is busy, I see Jenny, and she is just as amazing. She's incredibly sweet, meticulous, and always does beautiful work. I completely trust both of them with my nails. One of my favorite things about this salon is that they always have the newest, on-trend colors. I'm obsessed with chrome and cat-eye nails, and they have an incredible selection with all the latest shades and effects. They always seem to stay ahead of the trends, which I absolutely love. The salon is always spotless, has a relaxing atmosphere, and everyone who works there is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about their clients and take pride in what they do. As someone who spent years in the nail industry, I don't give compliments lightly. This is the only salon I've continued to return to because I know I can trust the quality of their work every single time. If you're looking for talented technicians who are meticulous, kind, and committed to quality, I can't recommend this salon enough. Keep up the amazing work, Pamper Me Salon! You deserve all the recognition.

Love that you can make appointments online, salon is very clean, chair massage excellent…read more it started with Lukewarm water, I selected a pedicure that includes a 10 minute massage... well for 5 minutes the tech rubbed my legs (yes I timed it on my phone) not massaged them. Then for Lukewarm stones and rubbed them on my legs, followed by lukewarm wet towels. Generally speaking when I've gotten a pedicure anywhere that includes a timed massage the technician pulls out a timer and set sit, I watched other techs at the salon do the same, but my technician did not do that. My toes are crooked on 1 foot and cut very short as well, but then not on the other foot. Everyone at the salon was pleasant. I just wouldn't go back based on the experience I had I spent over $100 getting a pedicure and a manicure pedicure for my four-year-old daughter and I'm just not overly impressed. I would say the entire experience was lukewarm.
