This is the second Giant I bought from G In Uptown Whittier and I couldn't be happier .. I been taking my clunker mountain bikes to G for years .. and he kept them road and trail worthy .. recently I was ready for an upgrade and G came In the clutch with competitive price on my Giant Trance .. thanks brother ..

I had an issue with a bike I had delivered from a San Francisco area bike shop. UPS delivered it and the box was torn up and opened on one side. Not sure if anything was missing or damaged the bike shop said they would pay to have it built and checked out. Called G and he was more than happy to help. Got my bike built in a few hours even though he was backed up wirh service requests. He knew I was bummed to finally get my bike and not know if it's complete. Class act and very helpful. I talked to a couple of other shops on the area and they acted like they couldn't care less and gave me a 4-7 day wait. Come to uptown and support G's. You won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience here. Service was friendly and quick. Carlos, the dude in the pirate hat, even installed the bell on my scooter. Nice mom and pop store in Uptown!

Got my first Giant Hybrid here last fall and I am completely satisfied with the bike and customer service I received along with it. The guys in the shop were informative, patient and overall friendly during my experience there. They filled me in on everything I needed and even offered suggestions for bike routes and trails. When I need that future cycle service or a new bike I know where I'll be going. They also exclusively sell Giant Cycles because simply put, Giant makes some of, if not the BEST bicycles in the industry. You're not gonna be paying Target prices over here, but then again you're not gonna be getting a Target bike. G even delivered the bike (fully assembled with my purchased additions) to my home in Whittier.. I can't ask for anything better! Recommendations: Get off your couch potato ass, save the environment and ride a Giant from G's! Warnings: Parking in downtown Whittier can be a bitch sometimes and the shop is pretty small, so don't bring a large group in.

An old man like me likes to spend his weekends getting a little sun and chasing some dirt. I've…read moreridden trails all over Southern California in my day. These days I keep it simple -- a cool, breezy ride through the Fullerton Loop, maybe cruise the Greenway Trail or Riverbed. If you see an old man rolling by, feel free to say hello. My boy took my Giant Trance X mountain bike into Pat's 605 Cyclery, and Tristan hooked it up. He did an outstanding job getting my bike ready for the road again. Everything feels dialed in and smooth. An old guy like me appreciates those dual shocks -- makes it feel like I'm riding a Cadillac down the trail instead of getting rattled around in a hoopty. Big appreciation to everyone over there. Tony, Susan, Ian, Eddie -- what a great squad. It's good to see a shop in the neighborhood doing honest work and taking care of people, Susan even hooked up my baby up with a Pats 605 shirt fresh out the hospital and she's still wearing it, thanks Susan. Special shoutout to Tristan for getting my bike ready to ride today. Great service and great people. If you see me out on the trail, say hello. And if you find me on the ground, I wouldn't mind a little help getting my balance back -- maybe bring some water too. Thanks, y'all. Herald H. but the bros call me Joey
