Via emails I was told by Karen the price would be "$475-$525". However, after the owner arrived the price was changed to $600.00 making the actual price $75-125 higher. But within one (1) day I realized the unit squeaked like hell. So I used some lubricant everywhere I could find a joint and that helped. But it still squeaks. Is that on the Menards door OR the installation? I had to conclude Herb's Door Service should have lubricated the door as part of the installation. Lets face it we home owners/consumers cannot think of everything and that's a reason to hire professionals, so they take care of the details. With a little help from someone I could have installed the door myself as there are surprisingly good videos on YouTube showing step by step instructions.
