I called Jeremy to get a quote and he explained to me the multiple problems in getting the carpet cleaned and told me it would be easier and cheaper to replace the carpet. He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation. He gave his diagnosis and quoted a reasonable price for an extraction to remove residual product left in the carpet by the other company. The final result is a huge improvement. He achieved what the other company couldn't. If you want someone with experience who does a through job I recommend Parr's 100% (I also posted this on Google reviews)
