All of the shops I've been to in NYC, never managed to clean the SNS underneath my nails which is uncomfortable after you leave when it sticks to your nails. I usually book through ClassPass, which makes it an amazing deal, but honestly, I'd come here anyway because the experience is just that good. This time, I had Whitney as my nail tech and she was wonderful. She took her time, was super gentle, and gave me an incredible foot and leg massage--probably the best I've had at a nail salon. Something I really appreciated (and this might sound weird to some) is that Whitney was very quiet. I actually didn't feel like being social during my appointment, and she let me enjoy the service in peace without any pressure to chat. That made the whole experience even more relaxing. The salon itself is always spotless, calm, and quiet. I've never been when it felt busy or chaotic, which makes it feel like a little escape.
