In the three weeks that I've been here, we ended up not renting but buying a bed, getting a table, a safety pole and not going through Medicare. I can't believe that every person I worked with every time I called and asked questions was so helpful and informed and helped me navigate the process of choosing what would work for my mom and how to make it best for her situation. We ended up with a loaner bed until the purchased bed came in (ahead of schedule) and their team came into my mom's assisted living like pros to set up everything and were careful, helpful, positive and knowledgeable. I can't say that I have every worked with a company where they answer the phones, can answer my questions (the first time), give me alternatives for price and budget, place custom orders and arrive exactly when they say they will. I saw someone posted that they had trouble with the staff but I had no trouble, only very surprising success in this day and age of phone trees and being passed along to another person. One thing I will say is that we ended up not using Medicare and Bellevue Healthcare explained upfront that we should go elsewhere if we wanted to use Medicare. For the cost of the bed, table, and safety pole, we understood from the rehab where my mom was that it was better to purchase than deal with medicare. If you can't afford the rental of the bed or the cost of purchasing a bed, then you might want to follow up with a Medicare-affiliated provider. Otherwise, in total, we spent about $2800 and have a very good, long-term, safe set-up for my 87 year-old mom. If you're looking for model customer service, the women and men of Bellevue Healthcare have been great. Especially when it's a difficult situation of disability.

They are less than 2 miles from my 86 year old fathers location and have no help to pick up the scooter, and want up front payment to order a part that should be under warranty. clearly we did not read enough about the warranty and service. They did not discuss it during the sales pitch of course. They should be embarrassed to be representing the healthcare service industry. I have never seen such disregard for elderly people as with this Lacey group. Keep shopping!

The owner was a great communicator (we worked through text and he was very responsive) and the service was just as promised! Fantastic rates compared to other places, and didn't have a one-month minimum (two-week minimum was fine), which was helpful since I'm nearly off my crutches. Though delivery and pickup are available, I (thankfully) didn't break my driving foot, so was able to go pick it up for a discounted rate. He let me look at two types of scooters and try them out a tiny bit. The scooter I picked was in great condition and easy to use, and fit in the back of my hatchback VW Golf just fine. And I zipped easily through the street fair. I hope to never need a knee scooter again, but if I do, I know just who to contact.

My insurance suddenly stopped paying for my hospital grade pump rental. Rather than blindly sending me an astronomical bill, PMSI called me personally and suggested I check with my insurance company to find out what went wrong. This was really helpful, and as it turned out - there was an error on my insurance's end, that needed to be escalated. Once this was resolved, there were no further issues. I think some of the poor reviews on here are not really fair - I saw one where they complained about having to deal with sales reps that don't speak English well - it merely means they speak more than 1 language, and English is not their native language... I think that's admirable - let's have a little more love and patience for people? I think it's great they hire individuals from all different backgrounds. When it comes to billing issues, this is always a sensitive topic, especially in healthcare. Often times it is a problem with your insurance plan, and those providing you with a service are stuck being the messenger (PMSI). It helps to stay calm and work through it together. They want to help you. Helen is very attentive and offers so much support for all the moms out there! I am really grateful for the experience I've had here. It's already so hard taking care of a baby.
