Asa (or possibly Asan) was absolutely amazing! My car broke down with two small kids, and our insurance gave false information about it being ok that myself and kids could ride in the tow truck. When he arrived, he explained he wasn't able to take us (not enough seats in truck). He could have just left, but he didn't. He showed incredible kindness, especially because I was visibly stressed and he made sure to get us a ride home. The man I spoke to on dispatch was also incredibly nice and really seemed to care that we made it back safely. Although I hope to never use a tow again, if we do Guardian tow is who I'll call. Best ever. Had a bad day after grocery shopping. Couldn't get car to start. Garage closed early so they had to go back next day. Benjamin located my car and actually had to break in after automatic locks locked keys in it. They did all this without complaints and excuses why they could not do it. Needed a better day. These guys were on point! No hassles and they were very informative. The driver even offered me some bottled water. But my biggest thing is speed. They were out in 25 minutes. Every towing need from now on I will be using guardian! Price was way less then I was quoted with another company. Our roadside assistance company hired them to come pick us up as we had broken down. First they didn't show up within the time frame provided by roadside assistance text to us, after waiting 150min/ 2 1/2 hours. I decided to call back, my roadside provided me with the phone number, I called and so did they. We got 2 different responses from dispatch, Ashley I believe is who I spoke to, she said the call had been canceled early that morning but no one told us. They told our roadside company a different story and it was they were stuck in traffic. I had my roadside company call again to speak to her specifically and get it all set up, he reminded them we have a lifted truck with a bed camper attached, they assured him they were on the way and with the right size truck to accommodate. At 10:30 the tow truck driver pulls up and has a flat bed truck that will not accommodate our truck/camper. It's now 11:00 and Dicks towing will be on the way to help but they are anther 2 1/2 Hrs out. The driver felt bad but I wouldn't trust this company because dispatch isn't honest and is unorganized. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would this company was choose by my insurance to tow my wrecked car to the body shop took them almost 24 hours to get my car to the shop and to top it off there drivers will steal your subwoofer s and amplifiers stay way far away from the dishonest theiving drivers. read more

I have never encountered such a positive experience from a customer service and service standpoint. After making a silly decision to head down a steep, icy road, my car got stuck. I used Guardian towing through my insurance and I can't believe the magic they worked. Lela in dispatching was so kind and was willing to send a truck out to assess it even though she wasn't confident they would be able to help and keep their drivers safe (says a lot about the concern for their employees). I appreciated the willingness to even send someone out knowing it may not be worth their time. Then Alex showed up and my god....this man was absolutely amazing! He not only was confident he could make it happen, he wanted to ensure we were safe before he took off. He expressed to my husband that he "loved his job" and you could truly tell. Had a great experience with Guardian Towing thanks to their employee Rocky. When my car broke down, Rocky got the wrong location from my insurance company. He called to locate me and made it to the right location quickly despite it being rush hour. Rocky was friendly and professional, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. These guys are probably the best tow company I've ever had to deal with. I am soo glad & absolutely satisfied with them! Wrecked my car last night & I was dear hoping for a good tow company that my insurance company had contacted.. Great dispatcher and one of the guys at Guardian Towing, Ameen (Not sure if I spelt his name right) made sure to notify me from time he left & his ETA, and was definitely on time. He did his job quickly & efficiently, and we we're out of the scene within 10 minutes or less! He was very polite and respectful, with good sense of humor & made me feel comfortable, entertained in a professional manner, safe, and assured me that everything will be taken care of. Also! I had no other way to get home or to my destination so Ameen did a lovely, kind gesture to drop me off all the ways himself, probably an hour out! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! You are awesome! Guardian Towing are the worst people who claim their professionals which is joke in itself. Over a month ago one of their employees arrived on scene where my new vehicle was stuck in snow and mud. I asked to be winched out and the service guy said he didn't have one. I then asked him if this was his company vehicle and he confirmed. So had confidence that he could do a few things that could work. After I let him try his bright ideas were 1.) he tried to do a chain yank pull which sounded awful like it was damaging my vehicle. I said that I'm not okay with that. Then the service guy said let my try my tow-rope as he prepared that he asked me do I know how to tie a proper knot. I thought he was joking but he truly tied a terrible knot I wish I had taken a photo. I should stopped there and told him to go home. I honestly was desperate to get out since I spent the whole night in my vehicle over night. The service guy prepped for his great idea and then told me to get in my rig and put it in drive and then he got In his mid-size Dodge Ram. Long story short he pulled me out leaving at the end-of-day $7500 worth of damage on my new vehicle coming from Mercedes-Benz Certified body shop. All this happened since the "service guy" didn't' have proper equipment he used my shovel to dig out tires which I was floored. The full example of why this company should never be recommended is this the service guy full throttled his truck it sent rocks shooting into my new rig. After I told him he damaged me vehicle and I will let my insurance company know, he then got defensive and told me to sign a document that the company is not responsible for the damage. I refused not to sign it and then got Irritable and I felt unsafe by his behavior. The guy left the scene when I called the cops and he had stolen my shovel. Now another reason why this this company is not professional is I just got off the phone with the lead service manager treating me terrible because I want my backcountry shovel back. The manager Harassed me and made me feel uncomfortable due to the reasons of my insurance company getting on their case. People don't go to this BS tow company they don't know what their doing! read more
