One made up my grilled chicken chipotle wrap, while the other provided the history of the business and worked the register. My sister originally purchased a Too Good To Go order with a pickup window of 9 AM-4 PM. We arrived around 3:30 PM, well within the pickup window, and were told they had no cookies left to give us. This was confusing considering the business doesn't close until 10 PM. They told us to come back another day, earlier. While we were there, we decided to give the place a try anyway and purchased a cookie, milkshake, and coffee. Unfortunately, all three were mediocre. We came back today to use the Too Good To Go order. Since it's a 30-minute drive, we called ahead to make sure they actually had cookies available before making the trip. The girl who answered the phone had a very dismissive attitude and told us they only had one Too Good To Go order available for the day, which seemed strange considering multiple orders are offered for purchase through the app. When we arrived, we were again told they didn't have the order available. Instead, I was offered three-day-old cookies. At that point, I had already spent around $10 on the Too Good To Go order and made the drive, so I took them rather than leave empty-handed again. The entire experience defeated the purpose of using Too Good To Go. If a business offers a pickup window, customers should be able to pick up their order during that window--or the order should be canceled/refunded if there isn't enough surplus food available. Between making two trips, the poor customer service, and ultimately being given three-day-old cookies, I was extremely disappointed.
