Yesterday was the first time for me visiting Guccio Nail Spa. The ambience is relaxing and enjoyable. I had a Mani/Pedi with callus remover. Pink polish on my toes and a nice buff on my finger nails. I don't like polish on my nails as my work is rough on my hands so a buff gives me a clean manicured look Overall the experience was fantastic and the end results are wonderful. The pedicure lounge seats have great massage setting options too. I got my nails done today Tina. I did the gel Manicure. She did a great and amazing job. I never got treated, massaged, and detailed work like this. I'm sorry for this review. I really wanted to love this new nail salon; spotless, friendly, and courteous. But sadly after my second experience today, I am not going back. Let me state, I've been getting acrylics for about 30 years. Have had good and not so good experiences, mainly due to cleanliness or how my nails looked. I used to go to one salon religiously for 10 years, but it became harder and harder to get appointments, so I set out to find a new one. Earlier this week I went to Guccio to get a new replacement set. Nearly 1.5 hours were spent trying to remove the old nails, resulting in ripping 3vof my own nails badly after numerous requests to not pull them off but soak them off. Finally removed I asked for colored acrylic and the new set was put on. It's now 2.25 hours later, nails were flat, a couple had missing acrylic on dides, they didn't have a natural appearance at all. Nonetheless, I paid, thanked them and made an appointment for a pedi for Saturday; benefit of the doubt. Well today I went in and was asked twice if I had an appointment after I said I did. Ok, hot in chair and picked mid range pedi. The guy removing calloused scraped to the point I wasn't comfortable or enjoying my pedi, not relaxed. My heels feel raw. Also, my nails were not cut even and my right toe was cut twice; I was bleeding. He said not a problem, ahhhh yeah it is, I'm diabetic and cannot get cuts. Besides I've never had anyone cut me twice on the same toe. Told him no Polish, not even clear. I did also have one guy try and fix my nails, a bit better, but not what I asked for or expected. Friendly, clean, courteous, but seem to lack the experience necessary which is required to keep customers coming back. Sorry, I will not be back!!!! My business will go elsewhere. read more

Friendly staff. Been there for three hours and walked out with nails i will have to go fix at another salon. Think they charged me for a full price too when it was just a fill. So many layers of gel polish it looks like a bubble or a piece of gum... coffin shape is square. Bald spotted polish job. I grabbed the nail file a couple times and did them myself and was so so tempted to paint my bubble nail myself. Friendly staff and pretty decorations is the only thing that i can compliment really. Update: it's been about 9-10 days since i got my nails done. Look at the photos. Never in my life have i got my polish to come off my nails and I've been getting acrylic for the past 5 years. This is gel polish...? I don't do labor. I work at a computer desk. There is no need for this much polish to come off. Look how short my right finger nail is compared to the left finger. Never again... even tho they gave me a coupon for next time there is no next time. Oh look at my orange finger nail. Didn't remove the white gel polish before applying orange so it's super thick and you can still see the white. I just don't understand. read more

Do not go here ! Even after making an appointment my best friend and I were waiting thirty plus minutes to even get started on either of our nails. Our appointment was for two full sets and a pedi. My best friends full set took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Her nails came out clumpy and not even close to the picture we showed the nail techs. When it was my turn to get my set I showed the nail tech a picture which she stated she couldn't do which is fine so I Opted in to just do a medium length square square shape just all over dark green. The nail tech was extremely rough and now my fingers are extremely Tender! The nails came out so dark that they look nearly black and they are all different shapes and lengths. During my pedicure , the bowl was filled with cold water I asked if it could be warmer and got ignored. Both my myself & best friends nails were neither what we wanted and had similar experience. Overall the nail techs were rough and rushed the entire process. When I didn't offer a tip they became extremely annoying but I did not feel the need the top because the customer service was awful! Save your money and run somewhere !!! read more

I've seen a lot of negative reviews come up and felt like offering some advice from someone who is happy with Guccio Nail Salon. 1. If you are not looking to wait a long time, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I've always made appointments and I've never waited longer than 2 or 3 minutes to get started. 2. Have realistic expectations. Example: If you have multiple people getting full sets and you want the same nail technician to do all of them, chances are that one person can't do it all in just an hour. Also, if you have a more complicated nail shape or design, Nancy and her team will do an amazing job, just allocate your time accordingly. 3. If you find it so unnerving that the nail technicians speak "their language" in front of you then you should probably take your culturally insensitive attitude and a find a place that only speaks your language. All in all my experience with this salon has been nothing short of wonderful. Nancy and her team have treated me with respect, always offered a clean and sterile environment, and always make my wildest nail dreams come true. Nice place to go to if you want to get pampered and relax. Everything about this nail spa is amazing from how my nails turned out, customer service, atmosphere, cleanliness, etc. I got a mani and gel nails and I love the way it turned out. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give this place no stars I definitely would. Paid $45 for a nail dip manicure. As the technician was working on my hands she glued the acrylic tip to my nails. During this process the acrylic kept falling off of my nail after it had already been glued. This happened about 3 times where she kept having to reglue the tips. Once they had finally stuck on she was able to finish. I was slightly satisfied although she did leave a few of my tips looking bubbly. I went home and as I was driving my nails started to fall off. By the time I got home I had lost 3 nails. The next morning when I woke up I had lost another 4 more. I went back and had her pull off the remaining 3 nails and left. Never will I waste my time or money on this place such a horrible experience please beware! read more

I made an appt with Nancy on the phone. I asked when I sat down in pedi chair if they can soak my nails off (I know how sensitive MY nails are). But nope they didn't want to, because "takes more time". She finally soaked them after she cut 3 fingers & one kept bleeding. I said I'm done, I don't want to get a full set anymore. She acted like she did me a favor for not charging to put 3 acrylic tips on the fingers she cut to prevent injury. She still charged me $10 for take off & $10 for a manicure. read more

I came here for the first time tonight and I am speechless to be honest. I never get my nails done or feet done... like ever but I'm turning 21 and am spending the weekend in Mexico. I desperately needed my toes done and this shop was the only one open late enough for me to make it. I ended up showing up 1 hour before they closed, and yes I know, bad on my part but it was an emergency appointment. Mimi sat me down and as i apologized profusely, she kept telling me not to worry about it and don't feel bad, that she was happy she could help. I told her I only had enough for my toes. Half way through doing my toes she grabs my hand and told me she would do a light mani for me because she wanted me to be happy on my vacation. I just didn't even know what to say!
