I never really post yelp reviews but I had to post the great experience I had at this nail salon! Mary did my acrylics and they turned out beautiful. I am normally very picky but she made sure I was satisfied with my nails without any complaint or attitude. When I asked her to do a marble design, she wasn't too sure about how to do it so Nancy stepped in to help. I loved how it turned out with just the marble design but Nancy suggested adding gold flakes and I'm so glad she did!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how my set turned out. I've gotten so many compliments on them. Also, the shop itself is a beauty. It looks very fancy and modern, with relaxing music in the background. I definitely will be coming back! read more

Really nice salon compared to a lot of other salons in the area. Super convenient because it's on my way home from work, so I decided to stop in and try it since I have a wedding to go to. I am very happy with my mani/pedi! She even helped me pick a nice nude for my skin color....my only complaint is that they only had two people working when I walked in and they were both working on one customer. One worker had to stop and started working on me, but then would go back to the other customer, then back to me. So what should have been an hour long appointment turned into an hour and 45 minutes because they only had two girls working. The other customer was still there when I was leaving! Poor thing. I was grateful because they accommodated my last minute 6:30 appointment, I had wanted to get my nails done with my best friend for my birthday weekend and it was to be my first time to get acrylics ever. I was so excited because this place came highly recommended. However, I felt like my fullset was rushed, nail tech took 13 minutes total for both hands and didn't follow the design that I had shown her. The application seemed messy and thick. It was hard to communicate what I wanted because the nail tech was rushing my friend and I. I'm not the type to not tip, but didn't tip because I feel like I didn't get good service as a new customer and the techs made it very apparent they were upset. It was a really hostile environment after and I paid my $45 and left very disappointed with the nails. I may have just come at a bad time, or maybe caught them in a bad mood. My girls and I loved getting our nails done at this salon. They were always so nice, friendly, and accommodating. Once the pandemic started, we skipped our regular mani/pedis to be safe. As things started to reopen, we booked an appointment for 3 pedicures, 2 gel manicures, and 1 eyebrow wax. Not only was I excited to have a much-needed professional pedicure, but I received a birthday coupon by email for $10 off any service. When it was time to pay, I showed my email for $10 off and that seemed to change everything. The woman frowned and seemed quite disappointed. We always tip 20% on the original amount but that didn't change her mood. Maybe she was having a bad day. We scheduled a second appointment a month later - two pedicures and two gel manicures. We got there early and were the only ones in the salon. Where once they were so friendly, they were quite noticeably unfriendly. Our pedicure bath was cold water, no bubbles. There was no friendly chit-chat, and they were quite rough with my daughter's feet and hands. I finished first and while I was waiting I noticed the woman who did my daughter's nails grabbing her hands and forcing them into a position up against an artificial tree. I didn't know what she was doing but then saw her grab her iPhone to take a picture. I wouldn't mind this so much but she didn't even explain what she was going to do or ask my daughter's permission or mine (she is 13). I didn't have a problem with the photo overall because it wasn't a photo of her face, but it would have been respectful to explain to her or ask her if she could take a picture. When we went to pay, we tipped 20% as usual and we didn't even get a thank you or goodbye. I don't know what changed with this salon as it's the same people who first welcomed us, but we won't be back. It's really a shame because we liked this place. read more

This is the worst nails place I've ever been i was charges 45 tiped 5 cuz she told me she didn't gave 1s and then a day later i already broke 2 by not even doing anything to cause it to happen, as it was the paint job was horrible and to top it off some nails were applied croaked i couldn't be more upset. I've been coming to this salon regularly to get my nails done by Nancy for almost a year now and I've never experienced mediocre customer service until today. My 2 friends and I came in today to get our nails done. We arrived at 2pm without appointments but we were willing to wait so we signed in and wrote down what services we'd like done. As we sat down both technicians had asked all three of us what services we wanted and we proceeded to wait with only 1 person in front of us. As we continued to begin our services , a girl walked in and said she also needed a full set service. Shortly after , another girl came in without an appointment wanting to get a full set as well. As Nancy was doing my nails she was asking my friend questions about her nails and what she wanted to do to them and how she wanted the same dip it color I got. As I was about to be done the lady who walked in after we did walked up to Nancy with an attitude and asked how much longer it would be and how long I'd take her to do her nails. Once she told her "10 minutes " I felt that my nails were now being rushed. At this point she had another employee, a man, begin the angered girl's nails ...mind you my friend who at this point has been here since 2pm, it's 5pm now has not been worked on at all. When Nancy finished my nails, she immediately started working on the girl WHO CAME IN AFTER WE DID claiming she didn't know my friend also wanted her nails done. I feel as if my friend was overlooked due to the fact that we are minorities and the angry female was not. This is by far the worst service I've received here and unfortunately will no longer be returning to the nail salon. read more

The woman in charge of transactions has a serious issue with gift cards. My cousin paid over $200 CASH for gift cards for myself, my mother, and sister as gifts. The first time we used our cards she said to "hurry up and use it because they expire." There is no expiration date on the card, nor did she state this when my cousin purchased it. She insisted we returned in a month or they will no longer be accepted. The second time I came in she seemed bothered again when I pulled out my gift card to use the remaining balance. She charged almost $60 for my nails, which I felt was unreasonable. However, I feel I was up-charged because I was paying with a gift card. Gift cards a great way to support businesses especially during the pandemic, and this is not a good way to gain customer loyalty. I still tipped the woman who did my nails, because she was much nicer than the woman who rung me up, and did the best she could. If you have an issue with gift cards, don't sell them. Sadly I won't be returning because of this experience. read more

This nail salon is horrible. First off none of the ladies clearly spoke English. I kept having to ask over and over what she was saying. The salon was generally not clean either. It was quite dirty. She used tools that were already used on someone else. She was sooooo tough on my nails when I told her to go easy. She made the joints in my fingers hurt very badly as she held my hand so tight in weird ways. There are bubbles in my nails. Each nail is s slightly different shape. I went in last night to get a full set and pedicure. The pedicure came out great and the guy was very polite and gentle. In fact, the staff there are all very pleasant. The reason for my review is for several reasons: 1.) my mom and I were there for 3hrs! Poor scheduling and logistics 2.) My cuticles were cut on several fingers! 3.) there are bubbles in the color so now they look like they have an aweful polka design! Love it here! It's right by my job so I'm able to go in on my lunch break and get the services I need. Every pedicure ive had has been amazing and the polish stays for a long time... Kim is my favorite manicurist! I NEVER get gel manicures because it never stays on my nails more Than a week; but when Kim does it, it lasts for 3 weeks! I been going to Guccio Nails for the past year or so, the nail technician are very helpful and friendly. Nancy and Tom very friendly and professional. They really do care about their clients, they are always eager to help. The shop is very clean, their priority is to provide great service. My nails are always well done and I just keep coming back.
