We ordered appetizers, sushi, udon noodles, and tempura, and i was very impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. The sushi was very good, the spicy crab was my favorite, but the spicy tuna and California rolls were also great, everything tasted extremely fresh. The crab rangon was also great, very crispy with a great creamy filling. The chicken udon noodles were my favorite thing we ordered, I'm not an expert, but they tasted legit, like you'd get in a top Ramen place. The only item I wouldn't order again was the teriyaki beef, it was a bit tough and under seasoned, but the teriyaki shrimp was very good. My go-to is Tonkatsu ramen: pork and chicken broth with perfectly cooked noodles, served with ajitama egg, moyashi, negi, corn, bacon rayu pol, and pork chashu. Very tasty, very reasonably priced. And when I'm feeling really hungry I add an order of Nikuman Pork Buns (filled with crispy cooked pork chashu, lettuce, sweet soy, and japanese mayo). Delish!!! Gotta say, I look forward to eating Mall Ramen at Yoshi-Ya every time I make it to Omaha. This summer I'll be making the trek a bunch of times (can you say "Savanna Bananas"?
