I had a wonderful time at Jinya! The ambience is very tasteful with a friendly feel. It's a great place to have a delicious meal with friends and family without breaking the bank. I started off with fried Brussels sprouts, which were delicious and almost had a tempura batter feel. They were quite popular with my guests so I didn't get too many pieces! For the main, I got the specialty beef birria ramen. I was very impressed with the creativity in this, though I felt some of the iconic Mexican flavor was missing. But still a very hardy dish, especially when it's cold outside. Definitely give this place a try, especially if you enjoy East Asian dishes!

Still feeling under the weather and wanted to stay in. So I wanted something hearty and filling. So I ordered from Jinya. I ordered the char siu bowl which tasted great then I ordered the eggplant and the spicy shrimp. Very great pairing. I would definitely recommend this place. Next time I'll go there and try if for myself in person.

I stopped into Jinya Ramen near Crossroads and was so impressed! From the street, the restaurant looks smaller than it actually is, but once inside it opens up into a warm, welcoming space with a great atmosphere. I ordered the spicy pork ramen, and it was absolutely fantastic--rich, flavorful broth with just the right amount of heat, tender pork, and noodles cooked perfectly. Easily one of the best ramen bowls I've had in Omaha. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving authentic ramen with bold flavors. I'll be back to try more of their menu soon!

I tried this place for the first time through DoorDash. The restaurant was fast with making the food and packaged it nicely. I got the Jinya Tonkotsu Black ramen, which was noted as their top dish on DoorDash. Overall, the broth was rich and creamy, but I was not impressed with the dish as a whole as it was very average. I also felt like there was not enough broth, compared to the noodles and toppings. The meat was a bit bland. I do not think I will be going back, but it was not terrible either.

There is parking in front of the restaurant with ample seating inside. When it gets crowded, the tables get filled pretty quickly and then they only have bar and counter seats available. Their menu ranges from small plates (gyoza, some sushi) to poke bowls and ramen. The black tonkotsu ramen did not taste exactly like other pork broth ramens that I've tried in other places. I highly recommend their gyoza. They also have free condiments at each table (gyoza sauce, hot sauce, and seasoning sauce). Prices are reasonable. There is music playing at the restaurant, but it's not loud enough to have conservations.

Kudos to Mr. Haruyuki and their cook for catering to all the customers! It felt like he was the only server at the time, and things got busy all of a sudden. Also, a big thanks to the cook for still bringing the food out right on time, especially during the sudden spike in customers. Great service! Aburi Oshi sushi shrimp. My new favorite!!! it reminds me of being at the beach, grilling seafood, and eating it while it's still hot. The flavor and aroma are very seaside-like, making you feel as if you're right by the ocean.

We have had this for take out before and it was great, but having been our first time in the restaurant I thought everything tasted downright amazing! We were seated immediately and served our drinks and appetizer within a few short minutes. The pork gyoza was SO good, I had the Shrimp Wonton Ramen, which was delicious, and I tried a bite of my girlfriend's Tonkotsu Black, which was equally delicious. Overall a very friendly and cozy place to go fill yourself up on some yummy ramen, and still have leftovers!

We've only ever gotten takeout from Jinya, this was our first time ever eating in. The vibe inside is really cute, a nice little place for a date! We started off with the pork gyoza. These were really yummy! Nothing special, they were like a lot of other gyoza i've had, but don't get me wrong they were good! On all of the tables they already had hot sauce, seasoning sauce (not sure what that was) and gyoza sauce, so we didn't have to ask for any sauces. Then for our meal, I got the Jinya Tonkotsu Black ramen- this is my absolute favorite ramen for them, I could rave about it for days. I'm like addicted to the broth in this one. My boyfriend got the Shrimp Wonton ramen. This one was also really good! The shrimp wontons in the ramen were delish. Overall, such a solid ramen place! I'm excited to try more from Jinya!

This place really exceeded my expectations! The service was SO fast and friendly. The ramen I had was sooo perfect especially the noodles. The broth tasted delicious and was so filling, I was able to make one bowl into 2 meals. The interior of the restaurant has really nice decor with comfortable low lighting. I really felt at home there and will definitely be back and hopefully ordering online if they do that too.

Our favorite ramen place in Omaha. Lots of seating and friendly staff. They have a lot of options for toppings.

This trendy ramen bar is comfortably attractive with slightly-louder-than-I-like music, but conversation is still possible. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food excellent. There's a bar, too, but we decided not to imbibe. I was after vegan non-salty food, and surprisingly, they had that. Yuzu shio delight ramen sounded just right for Bookguy with chicken and pork clear broth containing pork chashu, green onion, spinach, seasoned egg, nori seaweed with yuzu flavor and thin noodles. He requested no nori and gave me his spinach, thinking it was nori. He thought the flavor wasn't as strong as he likes it. Maybe it was the missing spinach and nori. He said he would try something with thick noodles next time. I loved the Impossible rice bowl made with Impossible brand plant-based protein, chickpeas, kale, pickled red cabbage, crispy garlic and roasted pine nuts over steamed rice with vegan curry ranch dressing. I had the dressing on the side. There were two sizes of this dish and the smaller size was just right. All the vegetables mixed with the rice and dressing made a delicious combination. I tried the table sauces too, and liked those as well. We will definitely return.

Jinya for lunch yesterday when it was -1 degrees outside was perfect! Warm and comforting! I had the black Tonkotsu ramen. It was absolutely delicious! Silky, creamy and so rich with flavor!

We started with Thai Tea and it was delicious! I love boba and the sweetness of the tea was a perfect combination with the pearls. For my main entree I had the Spicy Hokkaido spice level 3 and it was perfect! I wanted spicy, but not so hot I was hurting. 3 was great for me. They use chili oil, gochujang, and habanero for level 3 so it packs a punch! The overall flavor was delicious with a spicy finish to each bite, especially the broth. We ended with a complementary fried oreo which was as awesome as it sounds. The vibe in Hokkaido is very nostalgic with throwback tunes on the radio and lots of cartoon & anime characters incorporated in the decor. It's a really fun spot and we will definitely be back soon!

Be prepared to wait for your food. Good ramen is made to order, so it is not immediately served. If the restaurant is busy, be prepared to wait even longer, but it is worth the wait.
