Get ready for a long one…read more Off the bat, Ron seems like a good businessman and generally a nice guy. He quoted me a great price for a level kit, wheels and tires. I was told that my wheels I wanted would be at the shop in 2 weeks (I'm assuming so he could secure a deposit from me, because I later learned that the wheels are on a nationwide back order of 1-2 months). After a lack of communication and poor transparency despite several text messages and phone calls, I ended up waiting about 6 weeks for the wheels. I felt as if I was chasing my own tail. I decided to wait for the wheels, mainly because he was reluctant to give me my deposit back, I figured maybe this is a one off situation, so I showed some grace. That was a mistake. 2 days before my appt, I informed Ron I'd arrive to the shop at 9am sharp, which he agreed and was aware of. Upon my arrival at 9am (opening time for the shop), I waited for over an hour before anyone even asked for my keys. Once the cogs finally started to move, I had asked to see the products before installation, to make sure they were correct. If it wasn't for me double checking, the incorrect kit would've been installed on my truck. When I confronted the employee about the incorrect kit, he responded with "this one is the best anyways". Turns out they opened the wrong box and tried to sell me on it anyways. Now for the wheels. Apparently after 6 weeks of waiting, and confirming with Ron and the KMC sales rep over the phone over a month ago regarding the model/spec of wheel, the "wrong wheels were delivered". So at this point, it's been an hour and a half since I arrived at the shop. My truck hasn't been touched, the wrong level kit was almost going to be installed, and my wheels weren't even present. With my frustration at this point, I asked what Ron could do to make me whole. I was told he could knock off $120 from the price and I would have to wait another order cycle for the wheels, for a grand total of 12-16 weeks from my initial deposit. Lackluster service. On their official website, this business claims that their "customer service is second to none. We are here to ensure that you get quality service from a team that cares!" This could not be further from the truth. I would save your time, money, and sanity and spend a few extra bucks going to a more reputable shop.

He was happy to help me with the leveling kit, and was very knowledgeable in the tires and gave me the right fit for my truck not only that, I had a very tight window as I had an appointment, and he put all four tires on and the leveling kit all within an hour. He gave me a fantastic deal., and I would recommend this place to everyone

Plus, I was going on vacation the following day. I noticed that the ride was different. The sound was different and I expressed concern to Andrew that I felt wrong tires were put on my truck. He did confirm that after researching it was a human error in ordering the replacement tires. Through many text messages and communications, he insisted that I bring the truck back to make it right. I didn't want the business to take a loss and I was content in living with the tires, but he continued to press the fact that he wanted to make it right. And, yesterday, August 3 he did make it right. He picked up my truck from my place of work and returned it shortly thereafter with a set of brand new replacement tires. I would recommend their business for anyone that needs an alignment or new tires. They are professional with high levels of integrity. Mike A

Which is true for the brake pads but I couldn't afford to drive on my long trip worrying about my brakes. I came here twice and Rocky kindly and professionally explained and showed me the rotor issues. I appreciated seeing that in person and because of that, I made the arrangements to do the brakes the next day. From the friendly conversations on the shuttle rides with John and Jesus, work done on my car by Rocky, to the discount on the final bill with Andrew, I'm grateful for this shop for their honesty and exceptional customer service.

This is the second set of tires I've purchased from them, but I've also brought in vehicles with tires that weren't purchased through Les Schwab, and they've always provided the same great level of service. I stopped in today for a tire rotation as a walk-in and got lucky--there was no wait at all. My customer service representative, Marco, was incredibly helpful and professional. The team got my vehicle in right away, and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. While I waited, I was reminded why I enjoy coming to this location. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with a TV, complimentary popcorn, drinks, and vending machines available. It's a small thing, but it makes waiting much more pleasant. I also had a question about my tire pressure, and Marco took the time to explain it. He let me know that although my vehicle's recommended pressure is lower, my tires are fine running at 42 PSI and can safely go up to 51 PSI. Since my tires typically fluctuate between 42 and 48 PSI, it was reassuring to get that information directly from someone knowledgeable. Good customer service seems harder and harder to find these days, which is why I appreciate businesses that consistently get it right. The Dixon Les Schwab team has always treated me well, worked efficiently, and earned my trust over the years. I'll continue coming back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

No comment on it. Did not even attempt to test it before giving it back to me. Gents at the front desk are polite but have no integrity or they simply just don't care. Severely disappointing as this shop used to be the definition of outstanding service. You're better off selling a kidney and going to the dealership, these guys will just cut corners until there's a major repair they can overcharge you for.

I called them from Torrance CA a week ahead & arranged to show up 4/24 and I ended up coming an hour early and they squeezed me in, I dealt with Blane White and he was professional on the phone and in person, the car was dropped off around 9am and finished at 1030am exactly as promised, and they gave it a good once over and quoted me on replacing the Tpms sensors for 110$ each, which is reasonable, as the dealer wanted 250-300 each sensor, so I will definitely consider it. Great place super professional and honest and there's no drama. Highly recommend, and make an appointment as it's a busy place.
