I had selected as sides onion rings and home fries. The home fries were almost ok, not the best, decent flavor and cooked inside, but having a vaguely tough skin. The onion rings were doughy, not crisp, and a bit on the too salty side. Twice now I have ordered and not received what I requested. I provided feedback and in response was told "hope you enjoyed your meal" and a rude response expressing their displeasure that I provided them feedback. They do not care about quality customer service, they do not accept feedback, and they expect the customer to accept not receiving everything ordered.
