Good saucey pizza! Definitely in my top 5. The counter staff can be hit or miss with personality but the pizza is good!

Ordered a medium pizza and an order of garlic/Parm wings....got home and the container for the wings disingrated and leaked all over! The pizza was disgusting with a very acidic sauce but here is the ace kicker.....THE WINGS WERE SAUCED WITH MILD HOT SAUCE!! I called in and asked if the owner was in.....he gets on the phone and I asked why such a mess up and he informs me that TOM &NANCY'S garlic/Parm sauce is "red based"!!! I couldn't believe he insulted my intelligence and thought he could get me to fall for that!!! I hung up because I can't deal with ignorant buffoons!! So sad that they are trashing a stoic namesake!!! read more

Very disappointed. I live close and it's always been a great place to get a pizza. My family likes thin crust and they seem to do it well. However, tonight's pizza had so much pepperoni on it that is was inedible. It had to be 10 times the amount on a normal pizza. We tried to take the pepperoni off to salvage what we had, but the damage was done. The crust was completely soaked in grease making is a soggy, slimy mess. A complete waste. read more

No I do not recommend tom and Nancy's because there very rude workers and I have been ordering from there pizza place for a while now and every single time I have got pizza it has been burnt and flat and not what I wanted so If I was you I would go to another pizza place just my opinion in this case don't bother spending your money there . read more

I've lived in Greece my entire life and this is my 2nd favorite place in and around the city. I've never had a bad pizza and the pepperoni is amazing cup and char. Sauce and cheese always very generous with but not too much this place is truly a hidden gem in Greece. read more

Had 2 sheets delivered to a party I had at Romigs Tavern on a busy football sunday during prime game time, they were delivered on time, hot and perfectly cooked. EVERYONE loved them. The sauce was perfectly portioned, it had tons of cheese and pepperonis. OMG it was so good, there was barely anything left, people literally raved about how good it taste. Worth every dollar and then some. Unfortunately we have moved from the area so I don't get to enjoy our favorite pizza from Tom and nancys but recently made a visit to Rochester and was able to pick up one of the finest pizzas around. It is always a treat and a pleasure to have one of their pies I love cup in char pepperoni. Reason for the low score? 2 weeks ago, on a Saturday night, I called in an order for delivery. After the driver had been paid and was on his way I opened the box to find a burnt pizza!! Never in 24+ years have I ever gotten a pizza like this. The only things edible were the toppings. I called the business, asked to speak to the manager and was told he was "busy" by a semi rude female. I insisted in speaking to him and was not expecting the verbal treatment that he dished out. Not only did he not even attempt to apologize, but told me that if I wanted a re-delivery it was going to take a long time as they were busy. I told him that if this was the treatment I was going to receive after so many years of being a customer I guess I would not be ordering from them again. First remember that I previously stated I have been ordering for 24+ years. His answer was "fine, you are out of our delivery area anyway!" Why all of a sudden am I out of the delivery area?? Why did this man have to speak to a customer that way?? Up until this point I have given them 5 star reviews and no matter how long the delivery took have always given the drivers 20% tips. Oh and this is on top of the $2.50 delivery fee which I gladly paid. I certainly hope the owner will address this issue and maybe have a class on customer treatment. Bonnie C. read more

Tom & Nancy's is the best thick sliced "Rochester Style" Pizza in the area, and trust me, I have tried them all. It has a great sauce and comes square cut. I prefer my pizza to have a lot of cheese and usually ask for extra, but it is not necessary. The crust is chewy and delicious. It's an in and out type of place and the staff is quick and cordial. There is a small selection of sodas in the shop. The wings are big and tasty. The best thing about their pizza is the fact that I can eat it over and over and not get bored of it. The pricing is also very good for the product. read more

Terrible customer service and food not cooked to preference .. asked for crispy crust and came soft then chicken wings asked well done and came undercooked with hardly any sauce .. talked to owner and said if I recook it it will come same way and copped total attitude on phone acting like a thug.. I've been customer or was customer for 10 years and ordered at least once a week and my pizza has been fine and wings fine except for last few times but owner refused to redo it or give me credit and started a fight with me on the phone .. I haven't tried them in their new Greece location, but a couple years ago had some at the Spencerport location and it was a throw-back to the 70's- the sauce had a nice acidity without being too aggressive; the cheese tasted buttery (there was plenty of it) and the pepperoni was the small diameter and thick cut, done just to the point of crispness on the edges, which gives it a bacon-like flavor. The crust was substantial but not a loaf of bread with sauce on it, and had excellent chewiness and a rich sweet flavor. Every aspect of it was very good, and there was plenty of everything. If you value a buck, make sure you know what you are paying when you order from Tom and Nancy's (under new ownership in 2011?). Asked for a menu; it was from 2011. Asked if pricing was current? Prices didn't include tax. Menu price: for wings - $6.50; calzone - $5.50 + 0.75/topping. Final total for the order: $18.46. Hmm that doesn't add up, even with tax. So I ask the counter girl what we are being charged. "$8 for the wings before tax." She was trying to read it off the screen but was wasn't sure what she should tell us. We waited in the car and I ran the numbers, with tax. NO WAY could our order add up to what they wanted to charge us. So when we went back in, I asked to see the manager, who it turns out was busy. One of the kitchen girls brings our food out and I ask again to see the manager. The standard excuse everyone gave us for the costs on menu and any discrepancies is "that doesn't include tax". Manager finally comes out. I try to calmly explain the issue. He continues with the prices didn't include tax. I explain to him that his menu cost plus the tax did not add up to what they were charging us. He says "for the calzone, the tax on $5.50 + tax $2.25 toppings adds up to the $9.69 charged and then the tax on $6.50 wings added up to $7.40." Now, in Monroe Co we know tax is only 8%. $6.50 x 0.08 = $0.52 not $0.90. hmmmm ok. so if that's correct let's do some math. Menu: $6.50+0.52=7.02/wings. (5.50+0.44) + (2.25+0.18)=8.37. 7.02+8.37=15.39 NOT 18.46. Managers receipt cost: 7.40/wings + 9.69/calzone = 17.09+ 1.37 tax = 18.46 our compensation: $1 and a heck of a lot of attitude. no longer getting our business. Oh and by the way, the website was updated when it was under the former management...whenever that was, 2009-2011?? oh and too bad about the rotten service and pricing, because the ingredients were still awesome and the wings were cooked really well. read more

Hasn't changed in 20 years (except the locations). Great small cap pepperoni pizza. Sauce rich and spicy. Just the right balance of cheese and crust - all in all a near perfect pizza. So glad they haven't changed. read more

Used to go to Tom and Nancys years ago. They were the best when on Dewey Ave. Lost track of them when they moved to Stone Rd. Found them again and they are better than ever. They give you 12 wings to an order, where all the rest give 10 inferior wings. And their 12 are cheaper than competitions 10. Definately 5 star. Had a coupon that expired 4 days ago, asked manager if he would honor it because it came out of the Clipper Mag for Sept and Oct and it was still Oct. He said no so I said if they cant I'll just use a coupon and order from somewhere else. He said "fine, go ahead." I said, so over a few dollar coupon he'd be willing to lose our business today and in the future and he said "whatever, do you want the food or not, because I am busy." So the rudeness and unwillingness to provide the slightest bit of customer service has lost them my and my families business forever....over a few dollar coupon. So we ordered from Tony's (which was great) and when they brought the pizza they said "just keep the coupon and use it again next time!" What a brilliant concept, use coupons to bring in business, not to drive it away! Lot's of competition out there.....get better! read more

This has been my favorite pizza since I was a kid growing up in the Kodak park area. One of the best pizza's in rochester! Once or twice a year I would drive out to Greece just to pick up this pizza when I was living near Brighton. Now Im very excited to be back living in the Charlotte area...just down the street from them. I can even have them deliver now!! read more

We've had absolutely wonderful pizza from here, but we've had some of the worst pizza ever from here. We won't order again any time soon, that's for sure, I can buy a frozen pizza and make it better than the last one we got.
