We were looking to get our home pre-inspected before putting it on the market. I've only sold/bought one house prior to this, so my knowledge with inspectors was minimal. I kinda always assumed inspectors were stuffy sticklers who walked around with a clipboard...shaking their head as they said "tsk tsk tsk...this is gonna cost ya"...or "i don't like the looks of this...." The stereotype has been shattered! Jesse was personable...friendly...and knowledgeable. My anxiety of "I hope my house doesn't embarrass me" was laid to rest just by meeting him. Jesse performed a pre-drywall inspection for me. He was timely(early actually) and his expertise and attention to detail were very obvious. After he made his inspection he went over all of the items that he had identified with myself and the construction superintendent. He explained everything in a manner that I understood and at the same time he was very professional about his observations to the construction superintendent who never seemed to feel that his work was being questioned, and he agreed with everything Jesse pointed out. Thanks to Jesse's observations all of the items were remedied. I will definitely be using Jesse again and highly recommend him to anyone.
