We ordered this through DoorDash. Got the 10 inch Hurricane Ron and the only thing wrong with it is it wasn't big enough. I loved how they chopped up all the topping nice and small. The flavor was excellent and way better than your average pizza. I would share a pic but my husband and I snarfed it down so fast I didn't remember to take one before it was gone and thought the empty box wouldn't do you all any good. Ordered the Hurricane pizza. Loved the pizza but the sauce was too tart for me, it was a little overwhelming. The pieces are cut into small squares which is easier to eat, I found myself getting the pieces with the outside crust to help tone down the tartness. The crust was very good and they put a good amount of toppings on it. Reasonably priced for a 22" pizza, it was plenty for both of us with leftovers for tomorrow. Staff is extremely friendly and greeted everyone when they came in. It is small and cutely decorated with ample seating for the size. It was very clean, noticed tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as someone left. She actually sprayed something on the tables and wiped them unlike some places that just wipe them. Noticed they had a lot of carry outs being picked up. I liked the pizza I just wished the sauce wasn't so tart for my taste. Talked to my neighbor who said her husband ate there, liked everything but the sauce, so i guess I'm not alone. I would like to try the fruit dessert pizzas. read more

I read about Gulfside Pizza on the neighborhood app. I called to find out what "style" of pizza. Arlene was friendly and helpful but when she said, "Ohio style" we were sold even though we had just finished dinner a couple of hours prior! Service was awesome! Delivery for only an additional $3.00 and within 30 minutes! The pizza was still hot. Loaded with the toppings of our choice. A very good balance of sauce and toppings! Order now!! This place was incredible. We ordered the garlic steak pizza, garlic steak sub, and a grilled chicken sub. They were all delicious! The subs were much larger than we expected and the pizza was cut into squares (which I feel is much easier when feeding a family) The delivery service was way cheaper than ordering through DoorDash or Uber Eats. I will add that the service was fast as well. If our stay were longer we would had had this multiple times throughout the week! I couldn't find a place to order online, so you do have to call and order. They've only been open 6 months though so cut them some slack on the technicals. High hopes for this pizza. Not bad, not great. Sauce a little on the tangy side...ordered a veggie pie. The Pepperoncini with the tangy sauce made this way too sour. Don't particularly care for the Ohio style cross cut...especially if the crust isn't really crispy. Decent crust but again...could be crisper. Not bad for locals but wouldn't go out of my way to eat. Also...$14 for a 10" pie? I guess that's we have to get used to these days. Killing me tho! read more

Fantastic Hurricane Ron, amazing service, ready on time. Convenient to our condo. We (2) had 4 meals from the 16 in.

When you live 10 blocks away and get it delivered barely warm. When you pay to add sausage and there are only 3 pieces on a medium pizza. I called and asked for a manager to call me and no response. Then I leave a review stating this was my second time ordering from here and there would not be a third. Then they have their bully friends give me grief. And then management's writes to please give us a call I call bs. They were just trying to save face online. read more

On a vacation to Tampa we decided to give this place a try. Let me tell you that they have some of the best Pizzas we have ever had. The pizzas tasted so good that we had to go back in 2 days and get more while we are here. Our kids and our entire family loved every pizza that we tried. Delicious. I went to check it out because of all the hype and the place lived up to it. Very nice service and great pizza.

A group of friends and I had lunch at GulfSide Pizza and Subs just off Hamlin behind the liquor store at Wallsingham (It's a bit hard to spot since it's tucked back in the corner.). Food is delicious. Some of us had the subs, others the pizza. I ordered the "Hurricane Ron"pizza. The thin crust and fresh ingredients made this one superb meal that actually lasted me two more meals with my leftovers. And that was a small pizza! The other ladies raved about their submarine sandwiches and all of them took at least half of them home for another meal. Sarah, the owner, is delightful and although there isn't a huge amount of dining-in space, they do have a nice picnic area outside. My only concern was that when we asked for water they didn't seem to have tapwater available for free. But instead of charging us for bottled water, she gave us each a free bottle. I do think tapwater is a minimum requirement at restaurants and if it isn't available a nice cold bottle of water is much appreciated. I'm happy this is so close to our neighborhood. read more
