You know how we knew? Because we realized they did not ask for the wheel lock key and the rims were still dusty with no finger marks to indicate that the tires were touched. When we called and spoke to the manager about it, he tried to play it off that the tech took the wheels off but somehow went over their head to rotate the tires. That makes no sense, right? We had to go back to get the tire rotation done and no apology whatever. No courtesy inspection was done. Horrible customer service.
