    Flat White All Day

As of now this is my favorite flat white in town. I try my best to start my day with Gumption Coffee on my route.

Clean and bright decor with professionally friendly baristas. There's cafe options of tea and coffee with assorted pastries. I was actually impressed with the quality of my oat milk matcha and almond croissant. I chose to have my matcha unsweetened and the quality is brilliant. The almond croissant was cold so since being in refrigeration. If you're on the go I suggest warm up unless eating later to thaw. It was very tasty with sweetened almonds and the bread was quality. A new cafe to visit since there's plenty in nyc. They gained a new patron.

Relatively new hip/clean coffee shop on broadway. The bright colors of this coffee shop caught my eye as I was wandering around looking for an afternoon cold brew. I was honestly looking for a Starbucks but when I saw the teal colors and fun font I thought I would give this a try. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean and stylish the place is. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and fast! There was a little bit of a line but they made everyone's drink in record time, it was awesome to watch. I'm now walking down the street drinking my cold brew and it tastes great! Looks like they have some pastries so I might go back to try out some nibbles tomorrow.

Nice little coffee spot in the heart of the Flatiron. Delicious coffee with prices consistent with other coffee cafes. There are seats at the window and a couple of tables, a neat/hip space; maybe enough room for about 10 or so people. Typical selection of pastries available and they looked very fresh. I would say it's memorable enough to try again when I'm in the area.

Excellent espresso Intense just shy of bitter Smokey Yeah! Did not try the pastries but they had some good looking options with different flavors combinations worth a repeat!!!

Absolutely amazing food, top notch coffee, the baristas service was super awesome, top notch vibes. Would recommend and would say it's a must try.

Was so disappointed! Popped in because this is where I get off the subway - not only was my drink $9.5 (and then they ask for tip), but it was gross and not mixed well. Tastes way too sweet and it just looks foul. If I'm going to pay that much at least make it aesthetic!

    Well kept.

I was in one of those moods to get a cup of something. Seeing this place off the corner, Gumption, I stopped by to grab a cappuccino. The workers there were friendly and professional. I loved the service. My drink was delicious. It's a quaint spot with stools facing the window or you can sit in the center. Very nice place to grab a drink on the go or to just hang out for a bit.

Working near this location is great! Morning rush and lunch express is not quite pleasant but the (Large almond milk) cappuccino is absolutely worth the wait! The cashiers are delightful and can't wait to try the other coffees.

Great coffee! We had a specialty latte, their caramel cinnamon latte. It was great didn't need sugar! Thanks for the midday pick me up! Enjoyed sitting by the window and looking out at the passer-bys!

stumbled open this quiet coffee shop on my trip and it was some of the best vanilla iced lattes i've ever had. it was the perfect amount of sweetness and my friend enjoyed the americano as well.

Delicious, rich, creamy mocha cappuccino with excellent service. Highly recommend as an alternative to other popular establishments.

The people that give this place 4 stars must take milk/sugar in their coffee. Over priced and nasty coffee

Burnt coffee, but friendly staff. I guess I should have figured since they did not have house made syrups.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
