Santino, their lead tech (found this out because I asked after being impressed by the tune) nailed it - my skis performed perfectly! I chose to write a review because I was impressed by the consultation and "custom" tune based on my skiing style and ability. I also appreciated the communication around the pick up/drop off to find a time that worked for me. These guys clearly know what they're doing.

I even said I was going to check out the Ktm dealer and he told me the plusses and minuses of those and I found his info unbiased which I appreciate from anyone selling you something. Anyways, I ended up buying a used bike in Denver, so I brought it in to these guys to change the jet and look the bike over They ended up doing that, changing the fork seals (which definitely were leaking), and replacing the oil, for a good price but more impressively all three guys stayed over 45 minutes late on their Friday in order to get it done, so I could ride all weekend. I didn't even press them, they just got it done cause they could tell I was pumped to get out there and practice. I've never had better service at a garage or a dealership and I haven't even bought a vehicle from them yet. Because of these guys im having fun tomorrow. Thanks again Oh yeah they do certified vin inspections for around twenty bucks too if you need your trailer inspected before getting license plates, state patrol only does it once a month, might help someone else out there

I guess the message is I should take the $2,500 elsewhere. The only reason they get two stars was everyone was wearing masks. The guys up front were friendly and easy to talk to. Seemed non judgemental. However, there's clearly no long term interest in me as a customer. I ended up going to Littleton to a mom and pop shop who was happy to help and take my money. I think I'll be their customer for life instead.
