Bought this 2015 Honda Accord EX-L with low miles from them. It was pulling to the left a little bit and the steering wheel was not perfect so no big deal I'll just fix that myself some place else. Also discovered that on some smooth roads there is a wheel hum coming from the drivers side rear tire. After 4 tire balancing and rotations, 2 front end alignments, then finally replaced 2 of the already NEW tires with 2 more NEW ones no change. I found out last a few days ago the car was side swiped on the driver side that would explain the noise coming from that side of the car and more than likely why it pulls to the left. Sales manager Scott insulted my wife. They were dishonest. I wish I could give zero. They should of disclosed this to me prior and I would of not bought it. I got ripped off. read more

My Experience: This is the Second time Gurley Leep Cadillac, Did Not Reset the "Oil Life Remaining" message in the Driver Information Center. In Which when I dropped my Car off I Told the Service guy to Make sure they did this when done. Also had tire Rotation, I checked ALL FOUR Tires and ALL Four tires were LOW. by 5Lbs. I had to drive Back to the Dealership to have them Reset the Oil message and Put air in All Four Tires. I checked the tires again and two tires were 2lbs Over. -:( read more

Service department provided no follow up and/or answers! Alan knows, Rocky knows and Dan knows an totally un satisfied customer was allow to leave with zero resolution. Customer service especially in the service department is not anywhere close to other dealerships available. If the fact Marie told me it'd be 3 hour wait, that raised a flag. Had I not questioned I would have been expected to pay over $350 for 'elective' services for general maintenance. The service check in person was crossing off the charged services before I could even explain up to and including that 'it didn't need it'. This is flat out deception and I've experienced poor customer service several times before and Gurley Leep tops the charts of 'I don't really care attitude, I'm only here because it's a job'. My wife and I are in our (very) late 50's. Bought or leased cars from a lot of dealerships. Most not even around any more. I always disliked dealerships. They're intent was to screw the customer. And they did a very good job of it for decades. But for the last 15 years or so things have changed. It's a more customer friendly world at most dealerships. One that has treated us very well is Gurley Leep. We've now leased 2 vehicles through them and the experience couldn't have been better. Our sales lady, Jean Green, made our experience enjoyable and swift. She is in the top 2 of salespeople I have worked with in all my years of buying cars. Their facility is clean and welcoming. Best car buying experience I ever had! I talked to Jon the sales rep for a few days prior to getting the vehicle I wanted and when I showed up it was washed and ready to go. They get two stars for laughing and shrugging their shoulders when I showed them same model across the street for the same price. Only the other car had less miles and was fully loaded. This was not my first service visit to Gurley Leep Cadillac, but it was my first time working with Tony. He was wonderful and completely changed my opinion of the service depatrment. In the past, I felt like the job had been done as requested, but with no special attention or exceptional customer service. This most recent visit not only met my expectations but exceeded them! I left with referrals for cosmetic work that I'd been wanting to get done and a plan for correcting the shuddering problem associated with the 4WD in my CTS. Do not buy a car from this dealer. Bait and switch tactics! I had made a deal with them on a car and traveled 150 miles to purchase it. When I got there they wrote up the deal, took my first months lease payment, then 1/2 hour later told me that he deal had changed. They didn't bat an eye asking me for 75.00 more per month and a $2000 additional payment as well. They are either crooks or stupid. Your salesman makes promises when selling me the vehicle and then your service department gets rude with me and says otherwise. Just recently; I was given a paper showing all services performed and services recommended; meanwhile the data on this form was not accurate. Makes me question what was REALLY checked on my vehicle. I'm not going to elaborate on details; not worth my time now. I was called by one of your staff who left a voicemail asking how my service went. When I tried calling back your receptionist transferred me to some guy that seemed to have no clue what was going on. read more

POOR Customer Service Today I visited Gurley Leep and purchased a Master Power Window Switch. I thought this was the part I needed because the "Unlock" did not work on my old switch. The parts salesman did not question my purchase or inform me that other things could cause this like a bad relay (12077866). The part cost $180.00. I paid by credit card and signed the credit card slip and a credit card purchase slip was attached to my receipt and I left. The parts clerk did not inform me that the purchase was final (No returns) because the part was electrical. The parts clerk did not check with his service counterparts to see if other things could cost the "unlock" to stop working on my old switch. When I returned home, I installed the new Master Switch and the problem was not resolved. I did a couple of more hours research and discovered that the $10.00 relay (12077866) might be the problem. I went and purchased one and my problem was resolved. I was on my way back to the dealership parts dept. and I happened to look at the receipt and noticed the statement "Thank you for your order no return on special order or electrical items...." I was immediately concerned and called the parts dept. and sure enough I was out $180.00 for a part I did not need. My fellow car owners, my advice to you is simple. DO NOT EXPECT GURLEY LEEP TO OFFER YOU ANY ADVICE OR SOLUTIONS. This would be giving you GOOD customer service and I think GURLEY LEEP prefers POOR customer service. I am a Service Manager, and I understand that the customer is without doubt the most important piece in successful business. Why else is a business even in business if not for the customer!. Gurley Leep refused to refund the money and take the part back. I understand they have the right because they have their policy on the receipt. The problem is you do not sign the receipt and accept that you understand their terms. In my case i signed a credit card purchase slip and a copy of that was stapled to my receipt AFTER SIGNING. So I was not given a chance to understand their policy before purchasing the part. I hope you understand what I am advising. I think the customer should be #1 and Gurley Leep is NOT taking care of you. I called the General Manager of Gurley Leep GMC and I told him the same thing and that I intended to post a blog describing the events and poor customer service. He then got very negative and said go ahead with your threat and blog away. A good General Manager would have said he would look into improving this area of customer service and making the customer aware. Folks, customer service is not hard, you just have to remember why you are in business to start with...to take care of the customers need.....not take them for every dollar by poor business practices. Terrible experience. I brought my SUV in for service in September 2014. When I went to pick it up I noticed a gash on the door. Initially, they were very nice. They took a picture and told me that the service manager was out of the office and that they would get back to me in the next few days. Over a dozen calls and 6 weeks later they have not returned my calls and emails. I have nearly $1000 in damage to my vehicle. I am now pursuing other avenues to recover. The shop-click -drive online is to bait you into coming to the dealership. First of all, I made an appointment using this program. No one called me. When I showed up, no one was prepared and no one even knew I was coming in. So, of course, I had a bad feeling from the start. Test drove the vehicle, asked for the numbers and they were over $4,000 different. I almost walked. I showed the shop click and drive deal I had printed and was told nobody has EVER brought that in before. The delivery fee and taxes are not included is what I was told. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I only ended up purchasing because it was the only place within a reasonable driving distance that had the vehicle the way I wanted it. Just a simple inquiry online at other dealerships and they are ready to roll out the red carpet for me. With such a large purchase, this is what I would expect, but here I was just another up. read more

I would not recommend you, only because you can get an oil change at Jiffy Lube in 10 minutes. I'm only going here because it's included in my lease temporarily. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. The other issue I have, is that last June I filled out the required paperwork for a refund of the ignition switch I purchased for the Saturn Ion recall. It will be a year in June. I'm trying to find out the status of that refund. I've contacted corporate twice who tells me to contact the local dealership, then the local dealership tells me to contact corporate. The service clerk at the dealership told me several months ago, that he'd have the info by the time I was ready to leave, which he didn't have, and wasn't around. The other clerk said he would have him call me, and didn't. So now wednesday I went back to have my car serviced again, and told my dilemma to the service clerk, and to a salesman, and the salesman told someone in claims I think it was, and they said they would get back with me in a couple of days, which would be today. No one is taking responsibility for my refund which is a nice big chunk of change. It's been a year since I've filed, and I'd like to know the status. Why can't I get any answers? I can't even consider recommending a business when I get such a run around. Everyone seems to act helpful and concerned, but it gets no where. read more
