I got pretty lucky & just drove up behind someone ending in 10-15 mins! So not a long wait to be seen & taken! Everyone was very nice & friendly. Xavier & Andre serviced my car! Chase the manager took down all my information & let me know the details of the inspection! They were very informative & helpful along the way! Chase even double checked the work before getting me on my way! I ended up changing my engine air filter along the way since I was there already. I was out of there in maybe a total of 35-40 mins from when I pulled in to pulling out! They were quick & efficient! I would definitely come back again because I usually go to my dealership but they have me waiting 3-4 hours sometimes which is crazy... even with an appointment! This location in Ontario is by far the most courteous, professional location and although it is an 11 mile drive for me it is totally worth it. Last summer I was given Ice Cream to keep cool while waiting, how nice is that! This visit I was guided inside the bay close to the car in front being serviced so I wouldn't be sitting in the sun, very thoughtful. The crew changed my synthetic oil, serviced the transmission, and then brought out my air filter like they were presenting evidence in a criminal trial. "Sir, have you seen this?" No, because apparently it had been busy filtering every dust particle in California since the invention of the freeway. Fair point. Air filter replaced. Then came the cabin filter. The technician showed it to me with the seriousness of a doctor reviewing an X-ray. "You're breathing through THIS." Listen, I've survived worse. The cabin filter and I have a long-standing relationship. We've been through seasons together. Road trips. Construction zones. Wildfires. I wasn't ready to end it. So I declined. The staff took it well, which I appreciated. No pressure, no guilt trip. Just professional service, good humor, and a transmission service that has my car shifting smoother than a politician changing opinions during election season. The synthetic oil is fresh, the new air filter has my engine breathing like it's doing yoga, and the cabin filter remains employed for at least another six months. Make: 2015 Honda CRV with 133K+ miles Oil Change: $80 Smog Check: $50 Total: $130 Time spent: 20ish minutes In 2024 this vehicle did not pass the smog. We brought it to tony because this shop is listed on the ca.bar.gov website and encase we had to get service or financial assistance through a state program, we'd be starting with the same shop to completion. The good news is our vehicle passed! Separately: for my vehicle 2021 Kia Sportage SX: I was told $60. I did not complete my service because it was much busier around lunch during the week and I was leaving on a trip so I took it into the dealer because I could make an appointment and had the frills in the wait room. Pro's: he's fast! and he does tell you honest wait times. Con's: No, price listing sheet. Not able to make an appointment first come first serve. As a first timer, I didn't realize during the lunch break cars were already waiting before I showed up. I assumed they were at the laundromat. No wait room, no frills just a great fast mechanic. (which depends greatly on your service)

Have to say that I am SO happy to have Motor Inn located right across the street from my office…read more Now my car is in pretty good shape and I have a mechanic close to my home, but you never know when you're going to need some auto work done on a work day and that day came yesterday! As I was driving to work, I discovered one of my headlights was out. Knowing I'd be driving in the dark and rain that night, I went right over to Motor Inn after parking at work and asked if they might have time to replace my headlight that day. NO PROBLEM. They said they could do that, I handed them my keys and my business card and headed off to work. A few hours later, I got the call that it was all done. The man I spoke to was friendly and professional, he showed me the bulb that was replaced and discussed how it was a really good bulb and they replaced it with the exact same one. He expressed concern because he felt it shouldn't have gone out so soon (3 yrs). My cost was about $50 and only $10 of that was labor, so I was pretty pleased. I have co-workers who have also brought their vehicles here and each who told me about it reported being super happy. I will definitely continue to use Motor Inn when I have automotive repair needs!
