I gave Guy's restaurant 3 stars because the drinks were good and our waitress was trying to ensure our service was good. The kitchen is a scratch kitchen, so yes it takes time for the food to arrive. A previous review I read, said the ribs were "fall off the bone" while the rub and bbq sauce was good, the Ribs were far from fall off the bone. The Mac n cheese is FANTASTIC, however. The jalapeño popper appetizers in the photo were really really good. The price point for the food was extremely high. The wait is probably an hour roughly, but I would just go to another nearby restaurant. They're only 4 weeks old, so they've got some time to fix things, but what I anticipated and what it actually was, was two different things. read more

Came here on a vacation with family. The kids meals were very expensive so we just got our toddler something to eat after. We felt that the appetizers were the best part of our meal. If we went back I would just get appetizers and drinks and skip the meals. We got the trash can nachos and wings and they were both amazing! The signature steak sandwich was over cooked, and had too many fat edges. The fries were quite tasty, but some healthier side choices would have been preferred. We were quite warm even though we were far away from the door. It was close to 100 degrees, and the air conditioning could NOT keep up to make things comfortable. Not cool. Comfortable. There was very little here to choose from if you wanted fresh and healthy. The service was excellent. There was NO ambiance. This is a BAR with burgers and bbq. Sitting here at 9:45on a Sunday night and had to ask for a beer as the bartender walked by and ignored three times. Got my menu from the couple next to me who told me I'd have to flag them down to order. Emptied my first beer and sat for 12 mins until I stopped the bartender again to ask for another beer. The food was decent. A bit pricey for what it was. Also, we were in a party of 25 with an advance reservation. They split us which we knew in advance. However, we were nowhere near each other (3 separate tables). This place is a joke. The food looks like any other generic chain restaurant. At best, edible. The issue is the service. After arriving on time for our reservation, we were not sat for 20 minutes. No worries, we will order drinks at the bar. After not getting served, we were finally told our tables were ready. A few in our group of 12 finally got served a drink. 10 minutes later after trying to have our waiter take our order, the self proclaimed manager told us we couldn't have any more drinks. Ironic considering most hadn't even had one. After asking why and the manager not being able to answer questions, we were ready to leave. He then had the nerve to try and get us to pay for the couple of drinks they did deliver. After going to a nearby Irish restaurant/bar, we were told that this Flavortown spot is known to have issues. The manager/gestapo's name is Evan I believe. Guy Fieri, we were told you haven't been there. You better get down there. Your brand is being destroyed by a bunch of incompetent imbeciles. read more

Worst service of all time. My group of 12 went in for dinner and drinks. As we were ordering our food and drinks, the GM came out and told us that we could eat there, but no one would be served alcohol. He said that we "looked like trouble" and that he would not allow us to have alcohol with our meal. Mind you, we had JUST sat down for dinner. They gave us ZERO reason for the "no drink policy" and basically asked us to leave. Since we ordered appetizers,but didn't receive them yet, he wanted us to pay for the uneaten food. It was the most bizarre interaction I've ever received from a restaurant establishment. Needless to say, I will never step foot in a GF restaurant again. I give them a -10 rating. Don't step foot in this establishment. I promise, you will be disappointed. read more

My wife and I were excited about eating at our first Guy Fieri restaurant as we love his shows. The atmosphere and service were fantastic and all the staff were great. I was however disappointed in the food. In all his shows Guy talks about the food being the star but unfortunately for us it wasn't. I had the Kobe beef burger which came with a trio of fries. The star of the the sandwich was the bun since that is all I really tasted and the trio of fries looked like they went to the grocery store and picked up the items in the frozen section. I expected something fresh or innovative not what I can do hat home. My wife had the steak sandwich which also came with the disappointing side of fries. She said the sandwich was mediocre at best. We will try them again as I never base my opinion on one try and hope to have better results. Again hats of the the staff as their attitude made a disappointing meal pleasant. read more

Ate at Guy Fieri's today with my family and for the amount of food you get the prices are exorbitant. The taste of the food was adequate, but again, the food amount was like a food tasting event...just enough to make you mad. We got the jalapeño pig poppers for appetizer, and you get 4 poppers for $20. I think that GF's in Branson is a one and done! Sorry Guy, we like DDD but not your restaurant! read more

Visited here October 2023 for lunch. Was very excited to finally try this as I'm a big fan of Guy. The food was just ok nothing to brag about, way overpriced, and not worth the money. The service was good and fast. 60 for 2 sandwiches and a water and tea is entirely too much. I wouldn't eat here again due to it being overpriced. read more

Stopped by just after six on a Thursday evening with a party of six. They told us there would be an hour and 45 minute wait. We were shocked that it would be that long especially considering it was during the week. We saw two tables that were empty right near the entrance. We inquired about sitting at one of those, they said no because they were not available. So we put our name on the list And went to Cantina Laredo just down the strip. Enjoyed a couple of drinks there and the food looked amazing there. Finally got a text alert that it was time to go back. So we sat down actually at one of those two empty tables that was right near the entrance. The same ones that we had inquired about earlier. Ordered our burgers. The presentation was very nice. Made ya wanna just dig in. Ordered mine medium rare, the rest of our group was medium. There's had no pink in the middle at all and dry. The top parts of the buns were very thick, very dry and chewy. If I wanted stale bread for a meal, could have just went to the grocery store and let it sit out. Rest of burger was just average tasting. In Branson for time away with husband and thought it would be fun to try Guy's restaurant. The inside has a bit of a sports bar feel. The menu is really small but the things we had were really nice. We ordered the buffalo wings, pulled pork sandwich and Baja bowl. Enjoyed them all. I will tell you the BBQ sauce is sweet... so if you're a fan of sweet sauce you'll like it. If not, get it on the side. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. (Loved Julie!) Don't know if Guy ever visits, he should...but was fun! read more

My party of three stopped in for lunch. We ordered the bbq wings, the OG hamburger, and a Cobb salad. A party of 32 had been seated prior to our arrival, so we were cautioned that our order may be delayed as a result. To our surprise, our order arrived within the usual wait time and was not delayed whatsoever. Kudos to the efficient kitchen! The presentation of each dish was nice. My daughter loved her wings. My dad enjoyed his Cobb salad. My burger was good, but I wasn't amazed by it. The donkey sauce provided a great flavor to it. Our server, Donnie, was really friendly and provided good service. Menu prices were higher than normal, but it's a Guy Fieri restaurant in a tourist destination, so higher prices are expected. The experience was good, but we didn't walk away amazed. read more
