Ordered the veggie burger. Service was great and the view of the lake was really nice touch. Burger however was nothing to write home about. A house blend of mostly beans and oats that doesn't stick together and falls out of the bun. Definitely doesn't taste like meat. Have to say the service last night (Wedn. 10/7/20) was exceptional. Went back tonight (10/8/2020) and the service was horrible at the bar. Wednesday we had Evan and Tyler, they were great and very responsive to our four person group at the bar. Mike (tonight) was very quick and it was apparent they wanted to leave at 9pm. I would make sure you do not have Mike (at the bar) when you visit the restaurant. Great food and drinks but they need to teach the bar staff on how to ask the right questions about the customers. Also asked for a GM card to write this in private but they do not have one so I have to write in Yelp to get this point across. Mike was very adamant about leaving at 9pm so we did not stay there past 45 minutes. Evan and Tyler were great bartenders for outsiders to the restaurant. The second round we got corn queso dip, yummy, the cob salad, wonderful (next time I will order without the blue cheese it was overpowering) the steak sandwich (good but not as good as burgers) and another Mac and cheese burger. with all restaurants in dire need of workers and being on 1 to 1.5 hour wait times, we were able to grab 2 seats at the bar to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Guy's. The 2 bar tenders were busy, but made our time at their bar wonderful. The older man bar tending was warm and personable. He let us sample a few of their beers on tap, which we ordered. The food (pulled pork sandwich & steak sandwich) were both great. Our Bar neighbors got the trash can nachos and the burger with Mac-n-cheese on it. also loved their food. We went in today for a drink and maybe some food. Sat at the bar no one in sight. At least four people passed us and said nothing finally the bartender came by and basically could have cared less if we ordered ANYTHING. Specialty drinks were $15...he didn't encourage us with a nice recommendation...or speak of a highlight...so dour was his demeanor we vacated without ordering a thing. Our Server Margie was amazing she made sure that our drinks never went empty and checked on us regularly with the busy holiday weekend and knowing that we had over an hour and a half wait to get seated. I had the queso and chips as an appetizer it had a twang that I just couldn't get behind it wasn't bad it just made me think with every bite. For my meal I had the Buffalo Wings and when I say they were like butter I would drive the 10hours to come back to Branson just for these wings!!! My fiancé had the Motley Que burger he said that it was amazing that the burger was perfect his only complaint was that the fries which were a mix of regular, wedges and waffle were a let down. The waffle fries were so hard you could have chipped a tooth and the wedges were a bit under but we did let our server know and she did bring out another set of fries which were a bit better but not great. All in all I'd recommend everyone to try it, it's an amazing place and experience especially if you love DDD!! read more

Very very disappointed! Worst food we have had in a while. Veggie burger was JUST soggie awful. The BBQ sandwich consisted of slaw and onion and hardly any meat. I actually do not feel it even deserves a 1 rating. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! The worst service ever. My drink was empty twice. I had to tell her I needed refill. My husband had the salmon which was ehhhhhh at best. Nothing special. A friend had the Alfredo which they raved about. The chicken in the Cesar salad was dry as cardboard and the wings were terrible. Tired to come to Guy's on our first night in town for vacation but we're told they were having a soft opening and had to make a reservation. It was a little disappointing but we understood. We made our reservation few days later. While ordering and asking questions about the menu to our waitress, most of the answers were "I don't know, it's only my second day here." instead "I'm not sure let me find out." ‍ Our waitress also messed up our order by giving us the wrong kids meal and not noting how I'd like my burger cooked, which resulted in waiting longer for food. When ordering drink replacements, it took awhile to get them out to us, (which should not be given that they were not running their restaurant at full capacity.) Another waitress came over and picked up the slack for the lack of service from our waitress. Overall the food was amazing, which is why I still gave it three stars, but service does affect the experience greatly! read more

During our family reunion, our party of 16 (14 adults and two under the age of 3) chose to go to the Branson location last week. We attempted to make a reservation but the website states 17 or more. At the restaurant, we were told that our party would have to be separated to accommodate it. We were ok with that since the restaurant was not full and had plenty of vacant tables near each other. The restaurant then managed to seat a table of 8 which included the two children in the very back of the restaurant and the remaining 8 was seated at a table for 6 in front of the restaurant. Btw the table next to the table in the front was open and was later seated with other customers. One person in our party spoke with the manager and asked if we could be seated closer to one another. The manager unsympathetically stated, "no, we cannot do that" and offered no other explanation. In addition, two other large parties arrived after us (with less than 17 people) and were all seated very close to one another. This definitely had an impact on a great family get together and I have never been so disappointed in what I thought was a reputable restaurant. Also, the food was luke warm at best. Not a good look for Guy Fieri. Are all of his restaurants like this or is the Branson location the only one that needs hospitality education? read more

Location is wonderful, they are socially distancing. My husband gets salmon every restaurant that we go to. He got it here and was not disappointed. As a matter of fact his dinner here raised the standard and since no restaurant has been able to compete with his salmon dinner at Guy 's. read more

We made a reservation but our table wasn't ready when we arrived right on time. They seated others without reservation before us and when they finally got to us, 10 min after our reservation, they sat us at the tiniest, crapiest, little card type, table by the bar. They had even acknowledge it was our anniversary and proceeded to seat us by two large families with babies. We walked past so many empty tables that were better and further from the families. We were told there would be an hour wait, since we wanted to explore the Landing, that was not a problem. We came back after 50 minutes and still had to wait 30 minutes after our suggested time. We had a crappy table right by the rest room. We knew what we wanted, so we placed our order for appetizers and dinner when our waiter took our drink order. The soft drink and ice tea took 10 minutes to arrive and the beer was over 20 minutes. After 50 minutes our waiter came by to check on us to see how we were doing. We advised him we'd be doing a lot better if we at least had our appetizers It took another 10 minutes for him to bring the appetizer. It was another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. One in our group was ready to get up and walk out. I was ready to tell them to box it up to go. The other person was ok because they just wanted to catch up on the conversations. The trash can nachos were OK with a unique presentation ... I actually though they were bringing a water pitcher to refill our glasses. Two ordered of the ribs were good. My pulled pork sandwich was so so. If you have time for a VERY VERY SLOW meal and mediocre service this is the place you want to go. There are numerous TVs mounted on the walls. I was excited to go but disappointed when we got the bill and it was 80$ for a total of 2 entrees and 2 drinks. I was still hungry after eating the Baja bowl the pork was burnt and scarce and I'm pretty sure they used minute rice because it was crunchy and stuck together. my drink was good though.
