First off everything on their menu is EXTREMELY overpriced! 3 Philly cheesesteak egg rolls for $15?! Really?!?! I order off UberEats & first off I didn't get my correct pasta. Instead of Alfredo I received the chicken parmesan. My family and I also ordered Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, fried pickles, fries, wings, macaroni & the chicken sandwich. EGGROLLS- first off just stop. The meat was like undercooked sandwich meat roast beef with cheese sauce. It was extremely gross like...I'm about to throw up thinking about it. MACARONI- if you like hard ass Kraft cheese sauce noodles with bread crumbs on top then...this is it. Gross af. Wings- taste like fatty Tyson's wings from walmart...the ones you eat as a kid after school when you're parents aren't home Fried pickles & fries - the best thing they had Chicken parm- again WRONG order. Flavorful-less spaghetti with overly breaded flavorful-less chicken with a pound of cheese and parsley for decorations. Didn't even taste the chicken sandwich after all that horror. OMG The Mac and cheese seemed it came from a box. The coleslaw tasted bland. The ribs were just ok. Guys don't spend your $$ here you'll be very disappointed. Such a shame, I expected a little better. read more

It seems unanimous, this place is not good. They add 50% to the price of every item just for the name, made worse by the fact that half the food is terrible. There were a couple of good items, but not worth going back for. Not sure it's management's fault. Just seems like very little effort put into the whole concept, food or otherwise. STOP RIGHT HERE: DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF! This place was absolutely terrible! We were excited that we could order Guy Fieri's food, little did we know. (SMH) One hour ago I ordered: -Mac & cheese: Tastes like old school box Kraft mac/cheese with some wack ass bread crumbs on top: TRASH! -Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti: First of all, the order was wrong! We ordered the Cajun pasta, didn't get that. I don't know about you all, but I have NEVER had chicken parm with a bone in the chicken! What part of the game is that? I digress, moving on... -Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls: Horrific! They were undercooked egg rolls with some mystery "steak" meat inside, swimming in cheese sauce-which tasted and had the texture of Cheez Whiz. Philly natives would kick your *ss for defaming their staple sandwich like that! -Fried Pickles: Honestly, not bad. Nothing negative to say about those, and I don't eat pickles. -Fries: Cold, weak, but edible. -Wings: Have you ever had those frozen pre-cooked Tyson wings? The kind kids can heat up on their own? You have? My condolences to you, because that's what these tasted like. I ordered from an Allen location that seemed to be a ghost kitchen out of Brio's Italian Grille on Bethany and 75. To start with the pros; the fries were awesome and stayed crispy hours after delivery, and the ranch that came with my order of wings was delicious. On the wings themselves, I got the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ and they were just alright. The wings were large and the sauce was nice enough, it was a decent bbq wing experience (though don't get them expecting them to be crispy). At the end of the day, it was $14 dollars for 8 wings, and an extra $5 for the fries which seems very overpriced. I have to assume I'd feel the same if I'd ordered the $12 mac and cheese burger. There are plenty of nearby joints that would give you the same at a much cheaper combo price, and frankly the food just isn't /that/ good to justify the cost. Try it to say you ate at a Guy Fieri restaurant as a splurge, then look elsewhere. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. I received a bacon cheeseburger w/ mac and cheese and an order of cheesesteak eggrolls. I called customer service, explained the mixup and I was told my proper order would be sent out. An hour later I call back to check the status and I was told my order was cancelled b/c I asked for a refund. (which I did not...I've been juicing for 3 days I WANTED MEAT) I explained to him what I was told previously adn he puts me on hold. He comes back and he says to me "Well our calls are recorded and we have the conversation. No one told you it would be delivered b/c you said to cancel it", my response "I did not ask for a refund or cancellation b/c he said he would put it back in for delivery. He then says, "Well if the calls are recorded what did I say? Bc I never uttered the words refund. So you should go listen to the recording", he says "Oh we will!!", and hangs up on me. I wont be ordering from them again and if you do make sure you check your order before the delivery person leaves. Otherwise be prepared for foolish customer service interactions. read more
