Sandwich was good but the potato was for sure overdone and seemed as if it's been sitting around for a little bit prior to being served. Nonetheless did the trick. I've been here more than a dozen times and I'd say at least 40% of the time I NEVER get my pickle included with my order. Well this last time drove me over the edge to write this. Of course I didn't get my pickle and I did not get my cookie. I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich and cup of veggie soup to-go. I received maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken salad in my half croissant. It's pitiful and mediocre at best in flavor. This place is always consistant, good quality food, service and fast...we recently went for lunch and ordered unsweet tea with lemonaid, they were made with sweet tea. Reuben only - it was ok, nothing like true Italian Reuben but price is definitely good

First, the ice tea is always fresh and clear. It tastes the way ice tea is supposed to taste. The staff has always been courteous and patient while we place our order. They will also graciously switch dressings or type of lettuce upon request. They have a great Reuben, with a generous amount of meat, but could use more kraut! The bacon, lettuce, avocado sandwich is really delicious! Their salads are fresh with crisp lettuce. Their potato salad and fruit cups are always fresh. Their soups are good. On the other hand, I feel like the Beef/ horseradish on ciabotta is quite thin on the meat. I do not care for their chili, but I love Wendy's chili, so I may not be the best judge on that. Just so you know they do not have curbside pick up. Even though their website claims they have it and they have signs out front they tell you where to park for curbside pick up. I placed an Internet order at 4:45 to be picked up at 6:15. I got there at 6:11. I placed a phone call to tell them I was there for my curbside order. She said it wasn't ready and it would come out when it was. I waited for 20 minutes, then went inside and it was sitting there ready to go. They were never going to bring it out to me. Not happy with my most recent visit to this location. Firstly, my wrap was not sealed and was completely falling apart. We also ordered a bag of cookies which were left gaping open, upside down, will all the cookies falling out into the to go bag. There was also a pickle wrapped tightly with a sandwich. I'm giving two stars because I've been coming to this location for years without issue, but my last two visits have been mediocre at best. The first of my last two visits, I waited for my food past the expected time and was asked my name. The gentleman told me he saw that order so someone else must have taken it. They started working on the order again only to find it behind the register counter in "an unusual spot." The sandwich was missing the honey mustard completely and the food was cold. The second and sure to be my final visit was on a Sunday evening. I placed the order at 6:11pm with a 6:21pm pick up time. It is 7:17pm and I have yet to receive my food. Around 6:40pm I was told they were backed up in passing. At 7:05pm after refusing to leave the counter until the order was checked (because of my previous experience of "missing" food and numerous Uber eats/DoorDash orders with later pickup times being made) I was given my tea and told they were still working on it. Most of the people waiting are delivery drivers so I get the extended wait times, however I do think something should be done with the website/app to make sure wait times are more accurate. It has now been an hour since my promised pick up time. Update. I received my food at 7:25pm with a "sorry about the wait"...I'm sorry but a sorry doesn't cut it. Taking a star back. Update to my update. A pickle spear with each sandwich was ordered...we received one HALF pickle spear. read more

Y'all can blame COVID, short staff, etc. - but yet other businesses are still maintaining cleanliness & quality & more, customer service. This is a joke and needless to say, we won't be back. The floors are disgusting, 60-70% of the tables are covered in crap and are filthy. The food quality is subpar. No service at the counter and they act like they don't care. How is that COVID related? Crappy review because of service, not really because of food. It was fine. Ordered table side with the app. Have had previous good luck with that. Today was a hot mess. Ordered 4 drinks - lemonade, bottle water, and two sweet teas ... mind you, their most popular drink. Brought out food, they had forgotten our drinks. They brought out the bottle water and the lemonade and said would right out with teas. Watched over the next 10 minutes as they made counter order teas, still no teas. Asked both the counter person and the manager - who essentially ignored me. After 20 minutes I finally called out "EXCUSE ME CANNI GET MY TEAS".
