Couldn't have asked for a better and more genuine experience. These guys were very responsive from the initial contact with them. I messaged them thru yelp and got a response within 3 minutes. We had quick back and forth correspondence and they came out the next day for the appointment. Felix was on time, professional and sincere. These guys are fantastic! I saw a mouse scurry behind my fridge and messaged them on yelp. They came back with a quote within 10 minutes, came to my house the next morning, set the trap, and caught the mouse within a few hours. I have used many pest control services in the past not really satisfied truly with any of them but the day I called guys pest control from scheduling to the actual service everything was handled so efficiently and smoothly. I definitely will not be looking for another service here on out. The company fraudulently charged me without doing any services. They came to my house for an estimate for treatment of a pest. Then pressured me to give them my credit card information on the day of the contract. The service was scheduled for the following week. They charged the entire amount on the day of the contract without doing any service. After I told them I wanted to cancel the contract, they threatened me saying if I wrote any bad reviews they will sue me for slander. It is already a lot of headache when you have a pest issue, I would not trust this company to come to your house for any reason. read more

Every time a mouse is caught they show up on time remove the mouse and rebait the trap. Their price is very reasonable compared to any other pest control. The positive was that they came out quickly and we're always polite and personable. They gave us recommendations for exclusion and a price for service which we accepted and they set traps, which ultimately caught two rats although it took six weeks to work. The negative was that they told us they had caught all the rats due to the slow production in trapping and gave us a (high) estimate to sanitize our garage after we cleared out our belongings. Our feeling was they were gouging and we were not sure the rats were gone. I set my own traps and have trapped two additional rats since ending their service. We have finally called in a national firm to help and noted that their service began with crawling into the attic and crawling under the house to look for access points, something that Guys never did. Below the house he found two openings that had not been sealed and one that looked like it had been sealed but the rats had chewed through and regained access. In summary, I think Guys is fine if you have a mouse or rat, but if you have an issue like we did I would go elsewhere. read more

We had mice setup house in garage. We tried to deal with it ourselves, but after 2 weeks and 10 dead mice later, decided to call in the pros. Felix was there 2 days later and helped identify how they were getting in and patched it up at no extra cost. He also setup traps inside the garage and in the house and the problem seems to be solved. Felix was really easy to work with. Very responsive, knowledgable, and always on time. We had pleasure to work with Guys pest control. We had some rodent issues after we first moved into our new house. Our realtor recommended Guys and we had Brandon visit our place for an inspection. Brandon inspected our attic and found outstanding sign of rodent activities in our house. He suggested us a number of options and we went with which was most reasonable for us. He installed a professional grade sealing in our garage door and protected all possible entry ways of rodents. He has monitored one month and made sure there was no rodent activities. At the first sign of mice in the attic, I scheduled a visit. The noise from the attic stopped a day later, prior to the scheduled visit. Felix arrived and examined the attic openings, and all around the house. He did not try to push his service, and instead told me that I did not need the trap service, and instead, trimming down some of the trees close to the roof should stop the mice from getting into my attic. He did not even charge me a penny for the time he spent at my house, and refused my offer to pay him for his time. I've trimmed the trees, and hope that's the end of my mice problem. I called Guy's pest control over a rat/pest concern. One of the owners walked me through their services and provided advice / guidance on my concerns. I scheduled a free inspection. Felix (the owner) came to inspect my property. He performed a thorough inspection and advised me that the issue that I was originally thinking was due to mice/rats was most likely due to birds (wood pecker). He also advised me on my rodent issue within my garage and let me know that my current efforts to eradicate the rodents should be effective. I really appreciated Felix's honest approach and not pushing and selling his services when these services would not improve on my current approach. read more

Guys pest control is absolutey amazing. I called them weeks ago b/c we suspected fleas b/c my 3 year old had bites all over him. We called numerous places that could only schedule out a week later. When I explained to Felix how bad it was, he was at my house within 2 hours (probably less). He came back every week for a treatment which was included in my first payment. Felix came to our home which had a mice problem. He said their service would continue bi-weekly until there were no mice in our home or one year; whichever comes first. I got conned into spending $750.00 It's been 2 months and they have come once to "inspect" and get paid. My son called and left messages and no one returned his call. When I called I was told by the owner Brandon that they had visited once and no one was home. Well they should have visited 7 times in two months, as our problem increased many fold. Mice were running around in our pantry, closet were we keep toothbrush, attic, crawl space and walls. These people did not answer our calls. I had to put my own mouse traps! I have seen several texts from my son to their phone numbers to come and take care of the problems but they never responded. The only time Brandon responded was when I wrote the review and that too telling me to take it down. Now I have a bigger problem of mice as they are multiplying and running around the house. My husband tried to resolve this amicably with Brandon and Brandon assured to come to the house to take care of the mice issue the next morning. Late in the evening he texted my husband saying take down any negative review prior to his visit or he is not showing up. My husband said we paid you $750 for your services that were not performed and now you are holding us hostage. Brandon never showed up nor did he have any remorse what he put us through. My husband told Brandon that he should earn his YELP reviews rather than get them by holding people hostage. Customers Be Aware of this rip off artist and his business. So the final response we got from this business was either take down the yelp review or we will not show up and I have Brandon's texts to prove his words! read more

We had a terrible ant problem for weeks and tried all the bait traps and spray. Every time we left or went to sleep returning to our kitchen and dining room was a new disaster covered in ants.
