I think I found one of new favorites here in KC! Went here for a light dinner and I was really impressed with my mocktails, burrito, and the baba ghanoush. Everything was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. Staff was super duper nice. Plenty of seats for everyone. Would definitely come back and try their other stuff.

Phenomenal food! Such a unique, fun atmosphere. Great service. Lots of fun cocktails and mocktails including a seasonal rotation. We tried a little bit of everything including the hummus, baked feta, chicken shawarma burrito, and Laban emmo (slow cooked lamb with yogurt sauce and vermicelli rice). All of it was seasoned to perfection! We look forward to returning to try more of their dishes!

The Good: -The hummus & pita is a must have. Perfection -The chicken grill plate was very good, it all worked well together -Service was good; no notes The Slightly less than good: -tables are so close together you are practically eating with strangers (might be some people's thing!)

Wow!! This place is amazing!! A friend of mine turned me onto Nour's, where we met for dinner before a play. The ambience here is very cool. I love the decor and the bench style seating with the rugs. He was already seated and had ordered something to drink when I arrived so I did not catch our servers name, but she was excellent. I'm a huge fan of Lebanese cuisine for over 30 years and this stuff is good! They absolutely know what they're doing and I appreciate that. The hummus here is super creamy and heavy on the tahini, which I love. It's not too heavy on the lemon or garlic like other places. I had the chicken Shawarma burrito, which was outstanding! The jalapeño sauce was magnificent. I don't care for garlic sauce, but if I did, theirs was good. My friend had a lamb and rice with mint sauce and he enjoyed it very much. I had one bite of the excellent and tender lamb. Nour's sits right in front of the 39th St. Apartments that were converted from a school. It's up on the parking deck. Kind of hard to find but stick with it. The payoff is worth it.

Grabbed brunch with a friend at Nour's and LOVED everything! The inside is funky and colorful. We had a reservation, but did not need it for an early brunch. It got busier as we were getting ready to leave. Our drinks were bright and refreshing. The food was amazing. The hummus was perfectly creamy. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Huge portions - great selections. Everything was very fresh and light and delicious. The environment is cool and casual and the service was great. The parking lot is a huge plus!

Decent restaurant. Worth a visit. Service was very personable. Mocktails were also nice.

What a nice treat to find. A Lebanese restaurant with so many great options it's hard just to choose one, or a few. We started with the baba ghanoush and lentil soup. For our mains we had the steak kebab, the falafel wrap, and the laban emmo. Everything was so flavorful and vibrant! Great space inside too. Will definitely come back for more!

Loved trying this new restaurant yesterday! I sat on the patio and the server was so friendly. He brought me a lemonade on the house while I waited for my friend. The patio was so spacious and nice, but we ended up moving inside after a bit. The drinks were refreshing but not very strong. I had a margarita and my friend tried a cocktail as well. We also had the hummus and pita, which was very yummy. I want to come back to try more food soon but I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the menu looked very intriguing.

GOAT CHEESE TRUFFLES with PITA

If you are looking for an interesting, different restaurant with a healthy, tasty menu, put Nour's on your list. The Lebanese/Middle Eastern cuisine is fresh, full of flavor, uniquely spiced, and comforting. Our table enjoyed Muhammara (red pepper dip), goat cheese truffles (very mild and served with three different spice coatings), and pita for starters. We loved it all! For entrees, we ordered the chicken and steak kabobs, lamb burrito, and Samke Harra (baked branzino with tahini sauce). Everything was amazing! We were seated close to the exit door that goes out to the restrooms, which was quite chilly on a 5 degree evening, but the restaurant is quite warm and inviting otherwise. The food came out quickly. While the wine and cocktail list is not very large, they do offer a very reasonable $10 corkage fee, so plan to bring your own if desired. I am planning to keep Nour on my restaurant rotation. It is affordable, healthy, and unique!

I showed up with zero idea except that it was Lebanese food. Boy was I overjoyed to walk in to the fun, colorful and bright aesthetic! And the menu!?! I wanted to order everything. I got the watermelon and feta salad and the falafel. I sent back two clean plates. The staff was kind, helpful and seemed happy to be there. I will be back... soon!! They have a great parking area, can accommodate large parties, and a well lit patio. It should be on your 'to visit' list!

This place is very cute! The atmosphere and decorations blended beautifully and was thoroughly picked because the attention to detail was amazing. It was a bit busy when we went and we got seating at the bar which was perfect as we still got to hear the music. I got the steak batata and it was alright. The sauce was a vinegary and gave it a unique taste but nothing special and the portions were quite small. The bloody mary's were amazing tho! The service was also decent. It took a bit for someone to greet us and there's no waiting area in the front for guests waiting to stand so it's a bit awkward being crowded when the rest of the restaurant is staring. Overall, I would come back and maybe even during the nighttime as I am interested in trying other cocktails!

The server was knowledgeable about which dishes to try and they recommended the beet pkhali dip so I had to give that a try. That Georgian beet dip was super good that I would order seconds. The classic hummus dip with flatbread was yummy too. The kebab platter with jujeh kabob, koobideh kabob, and adana kabob was the star of the show since all kebabs were flavorful and tender. The Persian butter rice was fire and one of the best rice dishes I've ever eaten to the point that I would eat it every day for the rest of my life. The only downsides are that it's not open during lunch and it's expensive but it's worth it. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant whenever I'm back in KC and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting KC. It was definitely worth about a three hour drive from Wichita and I don't regret it. It's easily one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in KC and probably my entire life.

Good to know because we've been trying to get in here since they opened. Their menu online is not the same menu in person. I was a little concerned looking at the online menu, thinking it was a bit odd--a ton of dips and barely any entrees or foods with sustenance, but were so happy to see their full menu. We got their dip platter, kabob platter, and their short rib special. Everything, I mean, everything was fresh, delicious, and I loved the smoke flavor on the meats. Everything is cooked to order and on an open flame and the flavors.... THE FLAVORS. Can't wait to come back.

You feel welcomed the second you walk in, and somehow that warmth makes its way into the food too. I've tried just about every Mediterranean spot in Kansas City, and this one stands out every single time. It tastes the most authentic and the least commercial by far. Everything feels fresh, intentional, and made with care. Nothing tastes rushed or mass produced. There's real love in the food here, and you can taste it. Their dolmas especially take me right back to my grandmother's kitchen. That kind of food memory is hard to put into words, but if you know, you know. Comforting, fresh, flavorful, and made in a way that feels deeply rooted and genuine. With the World Cup approaching and so many people coming through Kansas City, visitors need to know about places like this. These are the local spots worth seeking out. The kind you leave talking about afterward and craving again the next day. And if they have the mint lemonade, order it. The rose lemonade is always incredible too. If you can get both, mix them and thank me later. A true Kansas City gem. You won't regret stopping here.
