Since 95 northbound was back up, I took an alternate route and drove this mini strip mall. When you drive up to the stop off Richmond Hwy (Rt.1), make a right, go to the end of street a place called Gyro Factory is on the left. The place is clean, has some seating area, and you make your order at the counter with menu on the overhead. I order chicken gyro combo which comes with fries and any beverage. The fries were crispy and delicious. The chicken gyro was generous filled with protein, lettuce, house sauce and I believe tahini. I really wanted this gyro to be amazingly delicious as it looks but unfortunately the chicken was bland even with the sauces. It didn't help much but the chicken was tender though. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot is shared with other businesses and there are other eateries in that same area which is better you walk so you don't lose your space. I would make another visit to try other items on their menu.

Best gyro around and I'm a connoisseur. Try the spicy gyro sandwich. I was already in love with the Lorton one now this one is closer to home

I've tried the previous places in this spot, as they were Pakistani places and I love good Pakistani food... So, since I was undecided on what to eat this particular day for lunch I gave this new place a try. It appeared to me like the Afghan spin on gyro, which are typical of these "Halal Guy" type joints that seem to be popular and opening up everywhere. I've not partial to this theme at all - I feel everyone needs to stay in their lane. The Greeks aren't opening Tandoor or Curry restaurants, so why are other ethnicities opening "Gyro" joints? Anyway, the staff was friendly. The menu was simple and looked nice. The service was great and food was prepared fresh. I tried their plate which consisted of rice on the bottom and I wanted mixed proteins of chicken and lamb. He asked if I wanted spicy and of course I said yes! The flavor of the meats was great! But it was great on my scale, which I prefer the smokiness of the Middle Eastern flavors, but it didn't resemble the herbal-citrus flavors of Mediterranean food. The rice was basmati (scent and grain length suggested that) and was great too. The sauces were really nice and I actually really enjoyed their take on Tzatziki. I did make the mistake of asking for a pistachio dessert pastry - way too sweet, bland, and definitely not worth the calories. But I did ask for a side of fries and those were some great fries! Crispy, hot, and tasty! Overall - Nice place. Would I come back? I doubt it because I already have a fav for Mediterranean food, which is the Lebanese place Al Basha in Stafford Market Place, they do it right! And also, I'm not partial to pan-ethnic restaurants.

Ordered online for the platter. Added a side of fries and boy it was plenty. The gyro meat tender and great with the tzatziki sauce an it was probably the best gyro meat that I have had in a while. Went to pick up and due to this new location there was some glitches but they recognized it and fixed the order quickly. The smells inside were making me drool. I will try again soon.

The staff is so welcoming, positive and lively. The restaurant is clean, open and bright. The menu has a lot of options. We had the lamb gyro with fries. It was fantastic! The outa bread was warm and fresh. The onions, garlic, tomatoes, lettuce were all fresh, crisp and bright with color. The taziki sauce was delicious I could drink it! This place was a real winner!!

Food was exceptional - finally a place that knows how to season chicken and lamb. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and how to prepare and serve it. A hidden gem on right off US 1 located in a strip mall dedicated to unique ethnic shops.

This was our first time eating at this place, but apparently it was recently voted the #1 new restaurant in DC and the prices are incredibly affordable for a place that provides fresh, healthy, and vegetarian options for the family! They also partner with the World Food Programme which is definitely something I can get behind. Today we tried the chicken shawarma box which at the time of this review is $15 and comes with a wrap cut into four pieces, fries and one dipping sauce. All of their sauces look delicious but we got the garlic mayo which was a perfect accompaniment to the wrap and fries. My son barely left us any fries by the time we drove home and is typically my picky eater so that's saying a lot! The wrap comes beautifully stuffed with shaved chicken, sauce, seasoning and a few pickles (next time I'm asking for double!) - which was perfectly paired with the crispy za'atar fries that I may or may not have shoved inside my wrap. Great find and glad this restaurant is branching out from DC proper.

The rice was a mix of uncooked and cooked, as if seems it might have been added as a 'last minute' item. They kept the rice way in the bottom of the bowl, thinking it might not get noticed. Top fo it, their delivery was done too late in the night, by then most of our guests had left without eating the bowl, total waste of money for us. Have attached a few photos for review, no we do not recommend this place at all.

He gave detailed explanation about the dishes that made it taste even better. And the flavors were on point--from the refreshing sourness of the shafuta to the crisp fatoosh salad to the veggie marboka (so good slathered with the green chilis!) to the lamb fasha with fresh hot bread. Flavor and texture combos you won't find elsewhere! And of course we tried the spiced Yemeni coffee. When I mentioned it was my sister's birthday, he brought out a delicious, complementary piece of semolina cake with a honey syrup and two cups of shai So good, and even better with a little shai poured on top! Overall, it was delicious. I loved that everything tasted fresh and homemade. The prices were a tad bit elevated (entrees average $25-30), especially for Fredericksburg, but I'm glad I tried it. All the appetizers were delicious individually but as you make your own mini charcuterie as I did. I took a piece of the naan bread, stack it with the hummus, musaka and topped with a half piece of soujouk. The combination of each element made this custom bite simply fantastic. The roasted garlic butter wings were crispy, tender but didn't taste of the garlic only butter. They were still good. The fried mushrooms were on point that were served with a dipping sauce.
