    Gyro Pita
    Amanda H.

Everything was delish!! Super fresh, seasoned perfectly and generous portions! I liked my chicken pita and side salad, but I LOVED my fiancé's gyro pita!! The meat was so tender There's quite a bit of indoor seating. Food was ready in 5 min or so. Great spot for a fast, fresh Mediterranean bite.

So happy we ran into this location. To start off the owner Mike is such a friendly and welcoming man. Gets to know the customers that are new or aren't usuals and turns them into usuals. The menu has many options from pitas to gyros to salads. I went with the chicken pita and it was a very good portion and extremely delicious. The location is a casual spot which sells beer and wine. Very clean and lots of seating inside and out.

Amazing new local Mediterranean restaurant. Great find. This place has a large menu with several different options. Perhaps the best Gyro I have eaten in many years. The gyro meat is shaved fresh off the rotisserie. Natalia, who took our order, was pleasant and had great knowledge of the menu and offerings. David, the owner, made sure we were completely satisfied and he went out his way to give us over the top service. The restaurant is an "order at the counter, and have a seat" experience. There is a self service drink station. This establishment is very modern, clean, and welcoming. My new go to spot when my craving calls.

We tried Gyromania and it did not disappoint at all! The food was delicious. The service was just as great. They were all friendly and patient with us while we asked questions. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're craving a good gyro!

Gyromania is NOW OPEN!!! This gyro pita totally hit the spot. Freaking delicious!

It was 1:30 PM on a weekday when I just finished getting blood work done. I was starving because I had to fast for the blood work appointment. I was really debating between a Vietnamese Banh Mi or something else. Then I realized Gyromania just opened and damn a gyro sounded tasty. Haven't had one in forever. I was also in the area so I opted for Gyromania! Gyromania Grill is located in Monterra Commons Plaza at the corner of Sterling and University area. You can find Gyromania next to Cali Coffee and Playa Bowls. They are also opening Svaada London Curry House located right next door. When you walk in, the place is more spacious than I anticipated. I was expecting a smaller space with a couple of tables and a counter to order your food. This is not the case. There is plenty of seating and a huge area to order your food and watch them make your food. All I wanted was a simple gyro pita today. The pricing is very reasonable at $8.75. The gentleman helping me was very welcoming and friendly. Found out later his name was David and he's the owner. Love seeing owners putting in the work to help their business succeed. All staff here was very nice. My gyro was perfection! When they called my order, I thought I might need extra tzatziki sauce so I asked for a side and David said no problem. Turned out I didn't need the extra sauce. My gyro had an abundance of meat, veggies and tzatziki sauce. The pita was hot and nicely toasted. I really enjoyed my gyro. I want another one! Lol. Gyromania has a huge selection of options including appetizers, soups, salads, platters, pita wraps and beverages. Go check them out for yourself. I'll be bringing my whole family back here! Thanks for the hospitality David!

Grabbed a quick dinner here last night and heard good reviews of the place. This is a hybrid fast food/ sit down type place. It was clean and open. The staff were very friendly, inviting and answered all questions about the menu. I went with the lamb souvlaki with a side salad and peas, yes peas. You don't usually see them at these types of restaurants as a side item. The meal also came with tzatziki and pita bread. The food was very good. My lamb was cooked to a prefect medium and the peas were tasty. What I liked was that the owner/manager told me that the peas were at the end of the batch and that if I didn't like them let him know and he would replace them for something else. That's excellent customer service. Will be dining here again for sure!

Wow, what a find. Gyromania was an amazing experience. The food was spectacular. I ordered the chicken platter with added gyro and a side of Caesar salad and Rice Pilaf. The plate also came with Tzatziki sauce and pita bread. I loved EVERY SINGLE BITE! The portions are huge and the taste is wonderful, which leads me to my next point. For the plate and a bottle of water, I paid $23.05. I have a golden rule for dinning: If the food is good and the portions make sense, Inhave no problem paying the price -- and Gyromania is well worth it. Natalia took my order and made my food, and she did a fantastic job. She was incredibly nice, explained the menu to me, and cooked a delicious meal. The place is spacious, comfortable, and clean -- which are factors I always take into account when reviewing a restaurant. What more could you want: perfect food, great service, lovely place, and fair prices. Gyromania... you WILL see me again. My hubby loves gyros so we headed over to this place on a Friday afternoon, not busy at all. The place is nice & clean, good vibe so far. They take your order like fast food place. I started with the hummus & pita & also ordered the chicken skewers with lemon potatoes & string beans. My hubby ordered 2 gyro s one a platter with fries. His gyros were up quickly & mine took several minutes to prepare. only one person cooking & doing takeouts. He did a good job considering! The hummus was ok, I mean Im use to the xtra olive oil etc, the skewers were so tender but a bit xtra pepper, still yummy with the lemon potatoes really good & a big portion. I got a doggie bag, the string beans were in some sort of sauce with onions should have asked how they were prepared. By the time I got my meal my hubby had swallowed the 2 gyros, which he apparently liked very much. All in all if you're in the mood for a gyro this will fill that craving. The food is fresh so Its worth a try.

This place has great fresh food. The service was a little slow but it was pretty crowded when we were there on a Sunday afternoon. They made the chicken fresh on top of a Greek salad. Simple and delicious. You eat on glass plates and clean up after yourself. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped in to pick up some food to go at around 12:30 midweek and there were a couple of people waiting for their food. I decided on the gyro platter and chose the Greek sales and lemon potatoes as my sides. I decided to take my order to go. The give you a very generous portion of food, actually enough for two meals for me. The food was really good, the dressing that they served with the salad was delicious and I was so glad that it came on the side. I usually love lemon potatoes but found that these didn't really have a distinctive lemon flavor, what really came through was the taste of oregano and other seasonings. They weren't bad, just not what used to. I also didn't get the warm and welcoming feeling that others mentioned they got, who knows..maybe it was a bad day for the two guys that were working. The food was very reasonably priced especially for the amount of food you're given. I'd probably go back if I'm near there because there are a few other things on menu that I'd like to try. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

The last two times I've gone with my family and ordered the special for 4 or more at $45.00 a head. They bring you every Greek specialty in different platters(Dips, Meats, appetizers, seafood, etc) which is excellent and always plenty to take home. The first time the waiter didn't just have time and wants you in and out but had plenty of time to add an 18% gratuity ($55.00) before pushing us out. This week we went for my daughter's birthday (mentioned, received nothing but again that gratuity over $50) Food was excellent, never saw the waiter, big platters of food that we all shared out of dessert plates for each of us, the food kept coming , the plates were never changed to a dinner plate, we had our whole dinner on dessert plates, food all over the table (2 small children) never cleaned up, I asked for more napkins and a stack of thin cocktail napkins were put on our table. Needless to say I will never go back foe their 'delicious ' food or service or $350 check.

As for the ambience, if you choose to be inside during the bellydancing show- be prepared to be overstimulated and not be able to hear anything that your table was saying to you. Cute place if a bit barren although there were lovely pictures of Santorini on the wall. But they were behind my head lol. Every single item of food that we ordered was absolutely delicious. Horiatiki salad was scrumptious, avgolemeno soup was perfect. Just the right amount of lemon. Grilled octopus was soft and flavorful, not rubbery at all. The tzatziki and hummus were both very good. But the star of the dips was the spicy feta. We could not get enough of that. And the warm pita bread just kept coming. They have a nice selection of Greek wine and Mythos beer. Three of us had the salmon, and they all loved it, shrimp saganaki was very tasty however, a simple caveat, they should remove the shell. It was a bit difficult to eat. The Gyro sandwich was quintessential. Chicken kebabs were delicious, flavorful, not dry. And the Greek paella was a hit with my brother brother-in-law. We were not rushed at all, we enjoyed baklava and galaktobouriko for dessert along with Greek coffee. Would absolutely return and you should too.
