Terrible service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Waiting forever for my food and I was the only one in there. The two men that worked there took a smoke break each while I was still waiting. When I went up to ask where my food was they said someone who ordered after me must have taken it. When the overpriced food did come out it wasn't anything special. It was very plain and didn't even have the tzatziki sauce on it. I ordered the pita chips with hummus and it was just soggy pita bread quickly dipped in oil. The water cups and plastic wear were dirty. Don't come here! Any place is better than this place. There's so many other great places to eat around here. read more

Stopped here for the first time and it was 30 minutes before they closed the kitchen. Sometimes when you order right before the kitchen closes the food can be so so, but it wasn't. I wouldn't say it was the best gryo and frozen crinkle cut fries I've ever had but I would eat here again. The service: poor, The lady would bring two dishes out and call out one of the dishes but not say the other and when the person who ordered the one she called out was in the bathroom, she frustratingly set the items down. Ignoring the other item. The atmosphere: average to strange, some of the knick knacks on the wall seemed hard to pin down, are you Mediterranean food or a touristy shop in Idaho springs. Tiny little place, but the food is big on flavor! I had the falafel hummus sandwich, which was delicious and my husband had the gyro and said it was great. Their fries are addictive! They don't have a ton of seating, but they do take out, so if you are in the area give this place a go for a quick yummy meal. read more

The couple that worked there seemed ultimately also be the owners. They warmed up a sample of their chicken gyro meat so we could sample it which was nice and helped us decide to eat there. The chicken gyro's were tasty and I wished they had a little more veggies on them but not a big deal. They brought us our water and utensils while we were sitting outside which was nice, only drawback was the really loud music they were playing inside actually made it hard for me to think and it was too loud to eat inside. Literally the worst gyro I've ever had. Old reheated meat, no sauce, scraps of lettuce and tomato.

This is the only gyro place in town which is probably why they're still in businesses. We got a Greek salad which had 4 slivers of meat 1 sliver or tomato and one onion ring on a bed of iceberg lettuce. The pita chips served with it were completely burnt. The tziki sauce was good though! read more

I love Greek food, and I love food that isn't too heavy. Get the gyro with double meat and you'll be set for a bike ride. There's seating indoors and outdoors but you can also get to go. The gyro salad is great, as well. read more

The gyro was good and so were the fries. The gyro platter at $11.95 was served on a paper plate and was $.50 more than the Greek salad with gyro meat. Even the server said they were the same when she served them. The Philly cheese stake was on pita, salty, included olives, and was dry. No physical or culinary resemblance to the original. read more

This place is an eclectic mix of Mediterranean food counter and bodego. You can get a hot tasty gyro sandwich while stocking up on Frosted Flakes, olive oil, and Spam. Before I start this review, I want to thank the cook who was working tonight since he saved me from ingesting gluten!!! (I have celiac disease) however, the bartender told my husband that the gyro platter would be completely safe for me to eat, charged us for the three meals he ordered. The cook gave my husband the food and told him it was definitely not safe for me to eat, and then the bartender would not refund us the money for the order I couldn't eat. Came for a quick lunch, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that said on the menu "served on pita bread" it came on sub sandwich kind of bread so I kindly asked the cashier about it. He called over the cook/owner who argued with me about what kind of bread it should come on. If I could give no stars I would. We stopped by at 11:00 am when they claim to be open. My husband was treated so badly by the rude owner. He told him he should come back later that it will take 25 minutes for the grill to warm up. He was so rude and nasty they do not deserve to have any customers. We stopped here on the way to Denver from Rocky Mountain Natl Park...and thank goodness we did! I had the gyro platter (complete with house-made pita chips (seasoned perfectly) and fresh hummus. But the true reason I'm posting is the service! We brought our two tired boys...and we were treated to two perfectly split grilled cheese sandwiches (on yummy pita) and lemonades. The girl randomly came up with a price of $4 for an order of 3 falafel, which is overpriced, but we order 2 anyways. The girl then walked around the counter to pull some from the freezer, at which point I knew it wasn't going to be good. She gave us the 2 orders with no sauce, which I had to request. We also bought a drink, that we couldn't open without a bottle opener, which they do not have. The girl had to search the kitchen for a can opener for us to use. I returned from an outdoor table to throw out our half-eaten food and trash, to interrupt what looked like a date between the employee and some random guy with an open shirt and bare chest and abs glaring at me from the table they were sitting at.
