Came here for the first time yesterday and I was not impressed. You might as well go to your local supermarket and buying the pint.. for a mini scoop it's over $5 and it felt like I was back in the Philippines getting baby scoops from the guy rolling the mini freezer.. except, the flavor aren't special and it's not .50 cents. The workers are very friendly and patient tho. They made sure we tried all their favorites flavors which I appreciate even tho they weren't my type. Lol I still appreciate good help no matter what. Sat 1/24 @ 7:30pm The ice cream itself was very good and everyone enjoyed the flavors we chose. That said, the overall experience was mixed due to how the staff interacted with one another. There was a young gentleman named Elliot working who was clearly doing his best and trying to keep things moving. However, the two older women working alongside him made comments within earshot about not trusting him to do much, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. It visibly seemed to bother him, and the lack of support or teamwork didn't help the situation. While Elliot may still need some guidance with portion sizes especially when scooping into cake cones, as my daughter's scoop was quite small and didn't fill the cone this felt like a training opportunity rather than a fault. We didn't make a big deal of it and had plenty to share, but it's something worth noting. Overall, the ice cream was great, and Elliot deserves credit for his effort and attitude. With better support and more professional staff interactions, this place could offer a much more welcoming experience. read more

This location of the popular ice cream chain is in a Smart & Final shopping center. I was getting tires at Les Schwab, which is in the same plaza, and what better way to kill time than to enjoy some ice cream? The interior of this store is clean and sleek, with several tables indoors and a couple outside the storefront. The gals working here when I visited were super nice and helpful. I declined tastes as I immediately knew I wanted two scoops in a cup, one of coffee and one of caramel cone. I sat inside at one of the tables to enjoy it. Both scoops were creamy and delicious. The coffee was not as bold in flavor as I would have liked but still quite good. I really liked the caramel cone (caramel ice cream with caramel ribbons and pieces of chocolate covered cone), but again, the caramel ice cream could have been more bold in taste. The crunchy pieces of chocolate cone were both a nice complement to the ice cream and a great contrast in texture to its creaminess. This is an excellent place to stop for ice cream if you live in Eastvale or are in the area. read more

Haagen Dazs is just one of those pricier places but it's just soooo good. I think we all know you can't go wrong with Haagen dazs so I'll talk about the place and service. Very friendly employees the two times I've been there and I even saw perhaps the owner one time coming in to just check on things and fix posters which was nice to see the level of care since this location has changed multiple times (all ice cream businesses). It's also nice to see the staff taking care as well--they clean the inside and outside tables when they can if someone has sat on them which I appreciate. The interior is nice and clean and just feels peaceful when you walk in and not chaotic or outdated. Hope it's here to stay since I love their coffee shakes when I feel like indulging. The mini size is perfect for our family and I think it's $6.75. read more

Friendly service, wasn't busy both times we went. But honestly it doesn't taste much different from the store purchased ones. the single schools and double scoops pricings I thought were a bit high, we like handels for the price I think their portion size for the cost was a bit uneven. read more

The ice cream is delicious and yummy! It's great for a pick-me-up after a terrible day. I got the Belgian chocolate and vanilla chocolate chip. So good. As for the place, it's clean, sanitary, fun, and sparkling new. The staff is incredible, upbeat, relatable, and respectful. They make it easy to settle in because they provide good service. The store itself is clean and the ice cream is pretty good. For the most part, the employees have been nice on several visits. However, on my last visit the girl helping me couldn't get my reward to work. I didn't like how she handled the situation. She didn't bother to even get someone to help her redeem it for me. Very disappointed in that and also how she gave me the tiniest little scoop without even weighing it like previous employees did. There's a "Caitlin" from the reviews complaining it's too expensive...are you new to the planet or just woke up from a coma EVERYTHING has gotten more expensive in this country. They sell cheap ice creams at gas stations for future reference if you see this. With that being said, I think we went when they just opened, the service was friendly n my cookies n cream milk shake was very good I emptied it in like 5 mins.
