All these "honest" reviews must be fake. If there were NEGATIVE stars, I'd give him five…read more Eyup lied to me, telling me Mazda no longer made controllers for my vehicle. I learned this after he charged me $1400 for a used part off E-Bay that didn't match up with my VIN number, plus the labor, and my car was not fixed. When I told him the car was none the better, he said he'd put the old controller back. I declined because the problem was with the old controller. He smugly said "Well, I passed your vehicle" and then said something in Turkish to a coworker and laughed. He then continued to say it was a transmission problem. He offered ZERO partial refund. I took it to another local place, H & Auto in Westwood. He accurately diagnosed the problem (NOT THE TRANSMISSION), ordered a NEW controller from Mazda that matched the VIN number, fixed the problem, and my car is now running better than ever. Avoid Quantum unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
