Another bad experience. I had to flag down the floral lady because she was busy chatting with another employee. Once I got home I had to rearrange the poor balloon arrangement. To top it off the check out guy Jonothan didn't even greet me or acknowledge my presence. The bagger Clark was friendly though. I wish there was another option closer by. read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Magnolia location (13663 FM 1488). I was shopping with my trained service dog, who assists with crowd control and panic attack alerts. In the dairy aisle, a child suddenly ran toward us, and my dog barked once in response. He was fully leashed, under control, and I immediately picked him up. A blonde, white male employee( i believe his name was Max) who appeared to be around 6 ft tall aggressively told me to leave the store immediately and continued following us all the way out, making me feel intimidated, unsafe, and extremely uncomfortable. The way this was handled was completely inappropriate and could have easily triggered a panic attack. The situation became so distressing that I was forced to call the police. This treatment toward a customer with a service dog is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of staff training regarding ADA rights. Management needs to address this immediately. read more

There is nothing like walking into a Recently opened HEB + shiny floors, fresh veggies, amazing aroma from bakery, fish, sushi, meat packaged and literally jumping into my cart. Its hard for me to show restraint here. This particular location had gas for 2.53 per gallon and is a developing community so not as crowded as the more established stores made our shopping day easy peasy it's just a different atmosphere than other grocery chains. You can see why they have grown to be the 6th largest private held company in America. I'm so ready for the Tarrant location to open. It will be crowded for sure and I will be part of the crowd. read more

I love HEB, but things are so expensive I it difficult to buy nutritional items i.e. meat. I know the economy is the reason and I do enjoy shopping there. Service is great and typically they have cashiers open. The store is always clean and well stocked, but the instashopper buggies take a lot of room to pass by. I love the cheese section...my weakness. read more

Just moved here from Spokane,Washington. Think I found my favorite store! Way better than the Fred Meyer's (Kroger) in Washington. From the 88cent fresh made donuts and tortillas to the store brand foods, it's all good stuff! read more

I purchased T bone steak and a ribeye. The total cost was 43.00 dollars for 2 steaks. I grilled the T bone first and it was as tough as shoe leather. The next night I cooked the rib eye. It was even tougher. Chuck Norris couldn't eat it. Straight to the garbage! No one is buying steak any more. Prices are out of control and the quality is awful. This is Texas.....are we not known for our beef. Never again! read more

Anything new is going to be crowded and plus we went around Thanksgiving. With so much building around here, know the traffic is bound to get even worse. Low key not looking forward to it. Might just mosey on down to the slightly older one further up the road, we prefer Kroger anyway and only stop at HEB for supplemental items. Outside of the traffic in and out, the store is nice and pretty. The set up seems a little different but I've noticed they've been changing some of my normal stores around too. We asked for help from a couple of workers and they both were pretty nice. read more

HEB is great they have a lot of variety, especially around the holidays. They also always have a ton of staff to make sure if you need help someone there and also aways have most registers opened so check out is quick. Store is always clean and will organize. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I feel they have gotten really expensive. One example is $13 for a small pie where I can get a pie twice their size for half the price at Costco. Prices at Aldi is always about 30% less. With HEB being a Texas company I would think the prices more reasonable especially there brands Feels like HEB is putting profits before people. I m all for making money but it seems like a little price gouging. God Bless Texas read more

We just moved here and we're welcomed by Beryl. I just wanted to say thank you to H‑E‑B for standing strong AND having the best employees working here. They must really decline those with bad attitudes at the interview and I truly appreciate it. Every time we've gone in after this darn storm, or ordered pick up the folks that work there have been truly just amazing and helpful. It's unbelievable.
