I love HEB but my favorite is still the one off of 79 In Round Rock. Seems like this one still doesn't have a lot of the things that Round Rock does, but it's still very clean and well maintained. read more

Favourite grocery store it's easy and convienent to get to as it is near my home. It can get super busy, but they added the HEB Go wich is nice because you can scan your items and quickly go without having to wait in line! read more

Heb curbside is pretty SLOW!!! I've been waiting for over 25minutes for my groceries. One would assume ordering online for pick up would be a pretty swift process but its definitely gone down as for as wait times vs when they first started this program. I don't understand why the workers seem to take over 25minutes to get my groceries to ke and then work at a literally snails place loading my groceries into the car. I dont expect them to throw my groceries into the car but they load super slow. Just my opinion and based on using this service since the China virus began. read more

Rude and Unhelpful!! I work out of town 5 days a week and drive 3hrs home each week. Since this HEB is less than a mile from my home, and on my way, I stopped in to pick up a handful of items. Since my girlfriend is home everyday, and thus does most of the grocery shopping, I didn't realize that they close at midnight. Had I realized that they close at midnight, I wouldn't have bothered stopping at all. After working all day and then driving 3hrs home, I was ready to get home, so I rushed in and was hurriedly getting the 4-5 items that I needed. At midnight, there was an announcement stating that the store was closing. Because the store was in such disarray, with pallets of merchandise in the aisles waiting to be put on shelves, and not very logically laid out, I was looking for one additional item before I grabbed some milk and headed to the front to checkout. I had just located the item I was looking for when a blonde woman, who appeared to be the manager, approached me and rudely said "Sir the store is closed!". Not, "Sir, may I help you find anything?", not "Sir, we close at midnight and would you please make your way to checkout?" But rather rudely "Sir, the store is closed!" First of all, a store shouldn't wait until it is closing time to make an announcement that they are closing. How about making such an announcement 5-10 minutes prior to closing time asking that customers make their way to the checkout? That's not what they did. They waited until closing time to make the announcement and then apparently sent the manager out to scour the store for any remaining customers to basically tell us to "Get out!". Once the manager so rudely addressed me, I just said "Ok, fine!" I sat my basket down on the floor at her feet and proceeded to the exit. As I passed the checkout there were 3-4 people there just standing around talking. When I got to my truck, I looked at my watch and it was only 4 minutes after midnight! Now let me ask you, would it have killed them to have offered to assist me in finding the last item (which I had already found and was about to put in my basket when the manager approached me, But she didn't know that.) and allowed me another 30 seconds to grab a gallon of milk for my breakfast in the morning? That may have resulted in me getting out of the store and into my truck at maybe 7 minutes after midnight. This is a perfect example of why Walmart is continuing to take business from organizations like HEB. HEB is helping them take their customers by treating them rudely and basically telling them to "Get out!" of their stores. Until this experience, my girlfriend has shopped at this HEB for most of our groceries, and I fill up with gas (35+ gallons) there on my way to work almost every week. So, our household has spent literally $100s each month at this location ever since it opened. No more! This manager showed me that this HEB does not value their customers or appreciate our business. So, guess what? They won't be "bothered" with us anymore as they won't be getting anymore of our business! We'll drive out of our way to the Round Rock Walmart where they do seem to value their customers and appreciate our business. read more

terrible store..too small for all the people they are trying to serve. hutto,pflugerville & round rock...always out of product because the store is too small..not enough facings. try curb side another joke..had delivered to my house twice..received product did not order..second order all my meat was n ot delivered..3days to get refund..try to get those people on the phone...crickets!!! read more

It's an HEB, what's not to love!!?? I've been using the curbside pick up the last few weeks and it's been awesome. I've used other delivery services before and while convenient, the cost can get a little up there. Curbside pick up, for me at least, is the happy middle ground. I still save all the time by not having to shop, deal with lines, etc. but save on delivery costs. I could never step foot in the store again, lol. read more

I mean, it's H‑E‑B what more is there to say? Their fruit, amazing. H‑E‑B brand? Amazing. Staff is friendly always and very helpful. I don't think the workers at H‑E‑B get enough credit, especially with everything going on right now (covid). H‑E‑B is one of the few places I trust to go right now. You see the employees sanitizing carts, they provide sanitizer at the entry/exit, the associates have plexiglass. The store is a bit on the crowded side, but it's a bigger H‑E‑B so that is expected! you can always get curbside or delivery also. read more

Ok, I understand growing pains being a new store but y'all have the most miserable looking employees. Not one of them smile, greets you, nothing. I have given y'all a chance since November to get things worked out. Your store is huge and has everything I need, except customer service, which I find attractive in a place where I spend over $300 a week. Hospitality is horrible...most HEBs you go into you get atleast eye contact but this one you can't get anyone to look up or look at you. Most of the partners would rather be somewhere else then working at the store. The kids that pick up the carts are all over the parking lot and never look for the cars around them...too busy with earphones and talking to others. Avoid this one is possible read more

Poor employee culture at this store. They have young people with bad attitudes who just want to socialize with each other and tge management defends thier rudeness toward the customers. They will even go as far as to hit you with a cart if you are in thier way which is ASSAULT. The manager isn't returning our calls about thier terrible staff. I know there are many complaints but they need to make time. Learn to appreciate your customers which you need in order to have your job.... read more

Sad, this HEB rarely has the shelves re- stocked. They are always out of the basic things that are purchased often, such as bread, etc. It's just frustrating because one would think a plus store would be better stocked. read more

New store, new store problems. They'll work those out. To focus on the good, they have the best meat dept north of North Lamar Central Market. I've had a couple of seriously-restaurant-quality steaks. Produce section is massive. Beer and Wine is stellar. This store and the peripheral development is gonna help property values in east Round Rock and Hutto. read more

I was in the store yesterday afternoon and Lauren wss cashiering the last quick service lane. She was doing a great job of presenting the raffle promotion as part of the checkout process, while still being very friendly and efficient. Great addition to your team. I want to first start of by saying I'm very impressed with the grocery department especially the workers that worked very hard New Year's Eve but one worker in particular John he is a very hard worker and helped me find what I was looking for even though it was really busy in the store if this worker isn't a manager I highly recommend him becoming a manager thank you John for the great customer service totally made my day! read more

Very clean and accessible. Daughter loves the tortillas fresh out of the warmer! We go on Sunday mornings and it's not too crowded.

Nice pit stop. Friendly cashiers. Good quality gasoline and snacks. There is also a Whataburger right next door, if you are extra hungry!

This H-E-B Plus is very convenient for me as it is nearby. I would like to see more organization in the check out lines, though. The express and regular lanes are dispersed randomly, making it a bit confusing when getting to the check out. The customer service could definitely be improved as well. Besides that, the store is really nice and the layout is easy to understand in comparison to other H-E-B Plus stores. read more

I don't like the store. Everything is just randomly thrown in, the meat and produce section are giant but yet really not that exciting. The housewares section is a mess, dark, crowded and depressing. If you want lettuce and a gallon of milk, be prepared to wear your hiking boots and take a lunch because they're in opposite corners of the multi-acre store. Yes oddly, Brand and item selections are extremely limited even though the store is huge. Poor planning? And every other store this size has a nice identifiable natural/organic vitamins/health section. This one has diddly squat. Personally, of all the big stores like this in the area, just one of the most poorly planned and executed yet. Additionally, I haven't run into a cashier or a bagger yet that has any personality or customer service skills. I've had bananas avocados and bread underneath canned goods when I've gotten home. Our growing family spends $1000-2000 a month in H-E-B. Recently we had all of our bags haphazardly thrown into the basket, not been offered help to carry out to the car, and then when we got to the car found that more than half the bags were thrown in upside down and we had to re-bag all the groceries to get them in the car. Grrrrrr. It was 110 degrees that day too. Now, this is not what H-E-B's legendary customary is supposed to be about. Kind of gone downhill guys. We buy the Niagra water 32 pack. I typically get one; they get heavy lifting into cart/car. Today I got 2. I was leaving and the guy responsible for carts this morning was working. His name is Greg. I asked if he was on break, said no. I asked if he would help me load the waters into my car. Without hesitation, he said he would. No attitude, just a cheerful response. Been going to HEB for years and having one closer to home is even better. The work with kids schedule for schools, so they work but still be caught up at school. They're really nice and has a nice environment for everyone. I just wish they had more cashiers because every time they only a couple open and everybody trying to find the smallest line, but most of them are the same link or a lot of people have a lot of stuff, or a self check out would work too. read more

Wow, I love that place, their bakery is soooo good, the fresh rolls hit the spot and are delicious​​. Every single time I ask for items out of season, the staff makes it a point to take down my number and they text when the item is available again. Curbside​ delivery is an added bonus. I usually have no problem with this HEB gas station. Employees here are pretty aweaome! However, I had an unpleasant experience tonight (3-28-19) around 8:20ish with Teresa. I was in line and handed her my scratch offs to get my money. She went to scan them and proceeded to tell the next customer to come up next to me and pay, I said you are helping me right now. She said its ok I can take them real quick. I had explained to her that it was not ok with me. It's cool that you want to prove you can multi task but you need to respect your customer in front of you and understand that not everyone is ok with people being so close to them and their belongings. The BAGGERS need training! We go grocery shopping every Sunday & bring our own bags, several of which are insulated. Every week items (can goods) are thrown in to one bag making it extremely heavy & some bags contain 1-2 items. Today's guy put ALL of our frozen/cold items in regular bags & things like box cereal & vitamins into the insulated bags. He didn't address/look at either of us when we said "hello". The bagging has gotten significantly worse in the past 6 months. read more

This HEB Plus sold me a defective propane tank with gas coming out of the valve. The grill flames made it to the tank valve and ruined the regulator hose and I was only barely able to shut off the valve with a wooden handle. I'm lucky it didn't explode. Now I have to invest in a new regulator and hose. Thanks HEB Plus!!! read more

I never thought I would be giving a food store a rating. But I went in today July 4 2018 and it was totally packed with people shopping. I talked to a few of the employee's and they were are in great moods and going out of there way to help me with any question. When I get up to the check out line I noticed that all of the lines where open and at most 2 people in from of any line. I had one of the checkers next to me offer to unpack my cart until he got a customer. These were all young teenage kids and I was so happy for them. Best thing about this store is its bulk selection & location... close to my house. Before this store was built, I went to Lakeline to grocery shop because I like the Plus stores. Only downfall is that they don't have things I'm used to getting, even at regular HEB stores. I've requested 2 items but they still aren't there. & it's frustrating that their lettuce varieties never have a date longer than about 3 days until they expire. Definitely a negative to have to shop at 2 separate HEB stores on Sundays!! read more

Big store and nice gas station with many pumps to fuel. A big shoutout to this hutto meat department and a young man Nicky in the market. I was having a hard time with a few of the new chicken packs and he was able to convince me on something I had never tried before as well as show a true character and scholar attitude.
