In my experience most Asian massage spas charge 1$ per minute approximately, so this place is slightly higher than others places. Reina and Ella massaged us. Reina speaks good English, a first for me in Chinese Spas. She stated i had poor circulation due to kidney issues... crazy because i was born with one kidney. She also described me to the T about my personality traits and habits. She seemed very knowledgeable about healing and massage. Massage was good! She is strong for a tiny girl. She recommended i go to her sister, Amy, for Meridian treatment. I will try it because i have some health issues. My wife love her massage with Ella. We ate breakfast in San Diego. Within two hours of my massage, i felt drugged!! The massage made me very relaxed and sleepy. We made it home and i took a two hour nap!! For people who complain about tipping at massages, they earn a good tip!!! They are not refilling your coffee and carrying a plate of food 30'! 20% is generally not enough. This is my second time I have been here and this place is the real deal. I purchased a Groupon for Swedish massage and one enhancement (can get hot stones or body scrub) I paid extra for the cupping. It was a great deal. I was able to get an appointment the same day mentioning the Groupon with no issues. All of the ladies there no their stuff and know how to do a good massage. Occasionally my neck and shoulders lock up and I need a deep tissue massage to loosen it up. My regular lady was unavailable so I booked a deep tissue at this place. When I got there I was told a deep tissue would not help me and that I needed a special kind of Meridian massage with gua sha. I told the woman I didn't want gua sha because I bruise easily. I was pushed and eventually relented into the upsell and the gua sha because I was in pain and just wanted to get started. It felt good at the end of the massage (maybe 60% better) but by the time I got home, now I'm in just as much pain as i was in when I arrived. AND I can't do anything more now or I will likely make the bruising worse for tomorrow. The bruising is already quite visible! This place was not for me. read more

The massages were fantastic, and we felt super relaxed when we left. The owner was really sweet and she gave me a free freshwater, pearl ring as we were leaving! My only suggestion for improvement for this business is to make the room more soundproof because we were hearing men's voices from the Business next-door. I was pretty disgusted with my experience here. Being a gay male, I never asked for a happy ending. For victims of sexual abuse, this review may be traumatic. But listen loud and clear you disgusting staff. The genital region should never be touched in a massage or bodywork session under any circumstance, even by accident. Any client, and especially one who has a sexual-abuse history, may freeze at that moment and be unable to move or say anything. I had a really hard time telling her to stop because she continued to inappropriately touch that area. She had the fucking nerve to task for a tip as well. Do you want a tip? Worst massage experience of my life. Awful experience. I'm not one to leave bad reviews somewhere, but I honestly would not want to send anyone here for anything. I scheduled an aromatherapy massage and definitely didn't get that or any kind of relaxing experience. I walked in for my appointment and was asked to pay right away and I did but I thought it was a little odd since it prompted me to tip before I even had the service. So then I went in for my massage and the massage therapist didn't really speak English, which is fine however she did not listen to me even when using the translator app. She went ahead and started doing a very aggressive massage and I said that it really hurt me and she didn't make any adjustments to pressure or ask anything about the service. Mind you there was literally no scents in the room and I booked an aromatherapy massage to relax and not feel intense pain. So then she kept telling me to do cupping and I asked if it would help the pain and she said it was good for tightness. I should have never gave in. It was incredibly painful along with her massage that included none of the aromatherapy that I had booked and already paid for. When I got changed and came out she charged me $30 for the extra cupping and I clicked the tip button and gave it the largest percentage then left because I was extremely uncomfortable and just wanted the experience to end. She then chased after me and said the tip was not enough so I gave her another $30 because I was so uncomfortable. I always tip even when I'm not satisfied with the service, but this was a horrible and painful experience where I was not listened to or given the service I paid for. "May" did my massage. It wasn't the absolute worst, but definitely not the best. She showed up about 15 minutes late for my appointment (wasn't even in when I arrived) She didn't really work out the knots in my back, and she also would massage me through the sheet sometimes which kind of hurt. The atmosphere was relaxing though. I went in with a gift certificate for a 90 minute because I got it for my birthday and wanted to get a nice massage although I didn't have much money. I didn't really want to tip, because the massage wasn't great and again, I didn't bring cash because I had a gift certificate. She asked me if I was going to tip. (Have never been asked this before) and when I tipped 20% she complained and was like "why only this much? I just did a 90 min massage" and I thought that was so rude.
