I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. What followed has been nothing short of a disaster. Your technician removed the system and negligently left an exposed copper pipe leaking inside the cabinet in our garage. This pipe should have been properly soldered shut. It was not. As a result, water is now leaking into the cabinet--creating the risk of water damage and mold. This is not a minor oversight. This is basic plumbing protocol that your technician failed to follow. We have made multiple attempts to get Culligan to correct this issue. You've refused. Your team has ignored requests to send someone out to fix what is clearly your responsibility. And to make matters worse, your front desk representative, Gina, has been completely unhelpful and, frankly, rude. Her tone, dismissiveness, and inability to escalate the issue properly are unacceptable and completely unprofessional. We never asked for Culligan's services. We certainly did not expect to be left with active water damage risks due to your technician's failure to complete the job correctly. Repeated attempts to contact a manager or the owner have been ignored. No calls have been returned. This situation is unacceptable. Culligan caused this problem. Culligan needs to fix it--immediately. If we do not receive a resolution or a confirmed service appointment within 48 hours, we will pursue further action, including filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, our local licensing board, and consumer protection agencies. We will also share our experience publicly to warn others of this appalling service. Do better.

6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. I called the northcal office and they wanted another $200 to come out for a diagnostics check even when it was clear that their system is causing hazardous living conditions. When I talked about warranty, like many scandalous businesses, they said the warranty is only with the original homeowner. What non-sense! I turned the system off and the water was back to pristine purity levels in seconds. Definitely low quality products and terrible service when their system fails.
