Not sure who i talked to because who ever picked up did not introduce themselves or the business it was just "HELLO", i had to ask if i am calling the right business. I am assuming it was Ammar because of the name mentioned in the reviews. I asked for quote regarding an install and the system, he asked me about a water softener. I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. I wanted to ask about installation if i get my own unit but i felt i was getting brushed off it and he seems to be in the rush to get of the line with me. Hope everyone else will have a better experience than i did. Maybe today wasn't a good day.

Of course I yelped a few places and I had people come to my house and quoted me but I eventually end up going with Crystal Water Line. Ammar, the business owner is super helpful and his communication with me was great! I even referred him to my moms house and she did it too! So I am glad ...he was able to give her a deal! And her house was built in the 80's too! He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! Good work!! appreciate what you did for my mom. Also the salt bags are on sale at Home Depot so I got the minimum of 5 as he informed me that the tank needs about 5 bags. I highly recommend him! and his services. Hes thoughtful and always answer my text, and I am pretty sure the same questions are always asked but hes so patient with me as it is my first time owning this type of water system. The owner Justin was patient and explained their products and benefits well. Extremely knowledgeable with every question I had. I did some research before deciding on a system and this company only uses the best products (tanks and valves) and won't try to unnecessarily sell you on a system you don't need or cheap out with lesser materials. There is a charge for this and an additional $100+ to just come out. So The appointment would have cost over $500 just to evaluate my water. Can you say bait and switch. Horrible!!!! This pipe should have been properly soldered shut. It was not. As a result, water is now leaking into the cabinet--creating the risk of water damage and mold. This is not a minor oversight. This is basic plumbing protocol that your technician failed to follow. We have made multiple attempts to get Culligan to correct this issue. You've refused. Your team has ignored requests to send someone out to fix what is clearly your responsibility. And to make matters worse, your front desk representative, Gina, has been completely unhelpful and, frankly, rude. Her tone, dismissiveness, and inability to escalate the issue properly are unacceptable and completely unprofessional. We never asked for Culligan's services. We certainly did not expect to be left with active water damage risks due to your technician's failure to complete the job correctly. Repeated attempts to contact a manager or the owner have been ignored. No calls have been returned. This situation is unacceptable. Culligan caused this problem. Culligan needs to fix it--immediately. If we do not receive a resolution or a confirmed service appointment within 48 hours, we will pursue further action, including filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, our local licensing board, and consumer protection agencies. We will also share our experience publicly to warn others of this appalling service. Do better.

It was the equivalent of a small vial pool chemical test. Which is fine. But it's a drop of this. A drop of that. It did not seem like the most scientific water evaluation. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far.
