It's frustrating. Calling in doesn't help. Looking at their app doesn't help since it doesn't seem to be updated in real time. Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. Reverse osmosis (RO) water typically has a pH of 6.0-6.5, but theirs has a shocking pH of 3. Their only ordering method is through a malfunctioning, outdated app. They never honor the selected delivery date. Instead, they randomly show up up to 6 days late without informing you. This service is far from on-demand. They rarely respond to emails, and when they do, it's never timely. Their so-called customer service number is a Google Voice number that they never answer. You can leave a voicemail, but don't expect a callback. They bill you but fail to deliver on the scheduled date. Their scheduling is a mess, and they have zero customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend this water service for an office or a home. After three frustrating years, we've finally ended our service when they tried to withhold our deposit for their jugs. Idk what happened. Their service used to be great but now they're consistently late with deliveries. When you plan to have a delivery and set your bottles out, it's very annoying for them to give you a notification it'll be late, with no exact date given. Which means you have to put the bottles out each day in hopes they show up. When you have several bottles, this can be a lot. Keep in mind you are paying for this service. There is definitely a glitch for new users. No one answers at the number listed on yelp. There is no number listed on the website. This was my first time using a home delivery service for water. The first delivery was perfectly fine. I put in my order and requested delivery date. I received a phone call from the driver to confirm date and time of delivery. I left a tip for the driver once the water was received. When I put in my second order two weeks later, nothing happened. I put in delivery scheduled three days away from the date I put in the order. No one called to confirm delivery date and time. I checked on the app to see the status of my order... nothing. On day of delivery, nothing. I ran out of water. I had to go to the grocery store to buy bottled water in the mean time. I thought I had a reliable and trustworthy water delivery service that serves the area I live in... however, after this terrible experience, I decided to go with ReadyRefresh instead. They seem more reliable. I got notifications through text and email... I just feel more confident with ReadyRefresh. I deactivated my H2GO account and have two water jugs scheduled for return... again, nothing. I check the app and it shows no one is scheduled to come to pick up the jugs. Definitely not reliable and worth the time. Also, I called their business number several times... and no one ever answers. It goes to their voice message. No one returns calls either. They have mentioned about ordering 2 or 3 days in advance which I did but they still failed to deliver. Now I'm wanting my deposit back for the bottles that's been returned and I just found out about the "Lifetime Bottle Deposit". I highly recommend this drinking water delivery service. I've had horrible experiences with two other companies and this is the company that provides the best service. H2Go's app is easy use, they have great tasting water(unlike Wxxxx World's water, taste like tap water). H2Go delivers the exact quantity as requested and on time (unlike Wxxxx World, they gave me 10 bottles when I only requested 4-5 bottles and they wouldn't adjust the quantity because they blame it on their smart machine's algorithm.
