Be very cautious and ask for detailed explanations and written pricing before proceeding. I personally would not use this company again. Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs so that an independent third party can review this company's business practices. We couldn't take it anymore, so we looked up a reliable local plumber and H&R had great reviews and are also located in San Leandro. I called them on a Wednesday evening and a man answered on the second ring. I told him what our issue was and he immediately said he could help and was ready to send someone the next morning. I wasn't available that day but was available on Friday, and he instantly said that worked for him and gave me a window of noon to 2:00 pm for arrival. Carlos arrived on time and was an incredibly nice, friendly, professional guy. Our problem was a simple one: sediment had collected in the head of the faucet over time and was blocking the water from coming out. He showed us what he removed, how to remove it ourselves next time, and told us that it's a result of the very old, original pipes in our home collecting that sediment. He arrived and finished the job within 30 minutes, tops. Incredibly smooth transaction and experience. Would definitely work with these guys again in the future.

You have a few choices; #1 cut them each year and hope it doesn't get better. But you had better keep you lines clean. I had friends staying at my place and they were using flusable wipes that didn't flush. Long story short; I ended up snaking the house and not fixing it. I had to call in the pro's. As much as it hurt my wallet I needed it done right. I got to dig them for not coming to my place on time; the owner was dealing with a issue we talked about later but; if i was a person who was in a hurry I would of went elsewhere. Anyways hours after call. Percy shows up who is a real nice guy; gets to work with the power snake we run water clear it up. Then he comes out with the camera so check my lines; this is what I wanted to do in the 1st place. I have 6 feet of lines where roots are coming though. This is very bad as it requires the pipes to be replaced and this isn't cheap at all. Percy did quote me for doing everything It was fair for the amount of work. I honest don't know what I'm going to do; it's so much money to fix this issue if anyone has any input send me a message let me know E-Z plumbing did the work and did it well; I ended up paying cash and he was fair about labor with me; Its no something you want to call a plumber but it was good my issue was fixed correctly now just need to figure out my bigger issue.

One more thing is, they deleted the original comment of my review after I post the first UPDATE below. My original review didn't include the three photos, so in their initial comment they said I have never contacted them, and I left fake review on their page and they are going to use legal weapon against me. But unfortunately I didn't take screenshot of their rude original comment. BE AWEAR, you would like to keep every record possible if you will deal with them. They deleted their initial comment after my UPDATE review with those three photos attached, because they know I have proof of our phone call conversations, messages and email I sent to them. They cannot simply say I'm lying. So they post this new comment here. I called them, then sent email to them , and sent text message to them to confirm the appointment. If that's not enough, I don't know what else I could do. Particularly when there's city engineer/ inspector involved, they should show a little bit more respect for other's time and efforts. I end up working with another local sewer company, which is great, showed up on time, and bring everything needed for the specific inspection, and the city engineer/ inspector found it easy and pleasant to work with too. I went back to the facility to ask for my item back, but they refused. The manager refused to give me my item. I was very distraught. I had anxiety. I asked him why you wouldn't just give me my item that was mistakenly taken instead of making it so frustrating. I've gone to this facility for probably 10+ years and I've never had a problem until this time and I was just so surprised and take it back that they wouldn't help me. I called and left a message on the message line to see if there was anyone to help me but at this point I feel like it's a total loss. Went there on Friday during lunch time. I was the only customer. No appointment required. You stay in the card and they will ask for id. You pop the trunk and they will take them. As soon as they see these many tubes they quickly asked if I was with any business (I suppose this site is only for household Not commercial). I said no. They didn't believe me and ask my DL and say they will check my id against known registered business. Happy to comply and Of course it retuned nothing because what I told them is the truth - precious house owner left me this junk. It was also kinda funny cuz when i said it t was previous owner one of the guys said "why is everyone telling us that" implying using precious house owner leaves hazardous materials. I don't know if it is true everyone says that but I thought it was a humorous way to react what I was saying Anyways dropped those no problem and left the premise happy.
