The flows are fine, but there's often a lack of depth and adjustment you tend to get from teachers who have spent a long time immersed in yoga beyond a corporate training pipeline. You notice it in things like teachers forgetting where they are in the flow or struggling to keep pace with the class they're leading, and overly commercial playlists that create more of a fitness studio atmosphere than a mindful one. Overall, this feels more like yoga for people looking for a workout and a pleasant atmosphere than for those seeking a deeper practice. You might describe it as "McYoga", but maybe expecting more from a national corporate chain is unrealistic. And that all said, there's one or two teachers there who actually do know what they're doing.
