My wife had never tried Dave's before so we were running errands and decided to stop in. We ordered it for pick up because of the snow storm and the amount of snow in the parking lot was our sign to take it home. We walked in and this location is huge. It is a really nice location inside and I like how they have a tv screen that tracks your order for you so you know when it's ready. So cool. Our order was being packed up as I walked in so perfect timing. The food itself was great! I ended up going with one medium and one hot. There is definitely a jump up in spiciness between the two levels and they are very flavorful with the spice, not just a blind heat. These sliders are HUGE. They really fill you up and the fries are perfect. Love the seasoning and the crinkle cut. We will definitely be back for more and this is a great place when you're looking for that hot chicken fix.

It's by far my favorite "fast food" fried chicken. Everything is bursting with flavor. I do usually have a stomach ache afterwards from the spice, but it's well worth it. I've tried mild, medium and hot and thought that was just a tad too much for me so I've been sticking to medium. I recommend the sliders over just the tenders because they have so much more flavor with the added ingredients. Everything is usually ready within 10 minutes, typically ready before the time they tell me to pick up, which is great.

First timer here! Decided to give Forno Napoli a try based on the overall high ratings, and it…read moreturned out to be a fantastic choice! From the outside, the restaurant was inviting, with a clean and nicely kept outdoor seating area. The inside was equally pleasing, with a full view of the pizzas being prepared! The greeting upon entering? It felt like a longtime customer coming back for another visit! Enthusiasm, laughter, and genuinely good energy right from the start. Love that! On the menu for this visit: Panzanella Salad, a half-pepperoni/half-sausage pizza, and Affogato. The Panzanella was beautiful in presentation and tasted just as good. Firm, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, crostini, and dressing that all complemented each other perfectly. Refreshing and delish! The Affogato...AffoMazing!! Such a simple combination: espresso and vanilla gelato/ice cream, but goodness!! Sometimes simple is all you need. Now, the : At first, I was getting ready to be unimpressed. But NOPE! I haven't been to Italy in a little while, but this pizza was freaking close, if not spot-on, when it comes to authenticity! Brick-oven baked with a light crust, chunky real tomato sauce (forgot to ask if it was home-made), just the right amount of cheese, and REAL pepperoni and sausage. And did I mention...very little grease?! The taste was light, fresh, and not overly filling, just right! Overall, Forno Napoli was a fantastic choice! Great atmosphere, warm service, fresh food, and pizza that brought back a little taste of Italy. Definitely worth a visit! Ciao

I took my son there for lunch the other day, and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who as it turns out, I knew from his previous restaurants stops. I hadn't seen him in about 15 years, but I recognized him instantly. Great service, polite and courteous staff, and delicious fresh food, are my initial reactions. I was surprised how good the San Franco pizza was! I also had a bowl of Pasta Fasola which was outstanding. I live in the city of Buffalo between Delaware and Elmwood and there are many pizza places around here, plus, I grew up on Bocce on Bailey pizza. However, the Forno Napoli pizza now ruins all others for me. I have never been to Italy, but I imagine this is what pizza is like there. Authentic and fresh. I'm taking all 3 of my kids back there tonight. Trying their salads and pasta as well. This place was very busy on a weekday at 4pm, so it is not a secret. It is also not cheap. You are paying for the quality of the food, and it is worth it.

Came here for a work lunch with a provider who happens to be a friend. We have been DREAMING about…read morethis place since we set the date a few weeks ago, so expectations were high and thankfully, this place delivered. We walked in knowing immediately that we were going to have to share. Last time she was here, she had the Six and confessed that she wasn't sure she could ever bring herself to order anything else. So, naturally, we had to get it. Mortadella, fig jam, banana peppers, ricotta, and arugula. I know. It sounds like someone opened the refrigerator and said, "Let's just see what happens." But somehow, those bold, strong flavors work SO well together. It was definitely a messy sandwich, but you know you're in good company when there's a giant stack of napkins between you and you're both laughing while trying to keep the fillings from escaping. I also knew we had to try the Noons. It's basically a focaccia-style pizza, which is exactly as wonderful as it sounds. This one didn't have a description on the menu, but staff said he's been calling it "Figgy Piggy." Figs, prosciutto, and caramelized onions. Buffalo friends, I'm telling you, you NEED to try this. And then came the bakery treats. We decided we needed three because apparently neither of us believes in moderation when pastries are involved. Later that night, I dove into my double chocolate cookie, and WOW. I was very impressed. I'm pretty sure they use some dark or bittersweet chocolate because it wasn't overly sweet. The chocolate flavor was rich and perfect, and the texture was chef's kiss. My friend had the strawberry shortbread, which she absolutely loved. She said it tasted like she was eating cheesecake in cookie form, and honestly, I don't think you could give a better description than that. So yes, I am officially inviting everyone in Buffalo to come here. They have some tables inside and a couple outside, making this the perfect spot for a lunch date, a catch-up with a friend, or simply making questionable decisions about how many pastries you "need."

When you first walk in, you'll notice all the huge and delicious looking pastries to your right!!! It's definitely true that we eat with our eyes first because I wanted one of everything but I finally decided on a Cannoli croissant. It is big enough to split between two people. It was soooo flaky and filled with such delicious filling. I also ordered the number nine sandwich which did not disappoint. I thought $17 was kinda pricey for a sandwich but it was delicious soooo whatever. It consisted of a chicken cutlet, arugula, tomato, and a yummy lemon aioli. It was big enough to split between two people. I'm dying to come back here again and try other things!! There's a little seating area upstairs as well as 2 tables outside. It is a great addition to this area of Buffalo.
