It was not cut or toasted, just in the bag as if I got it from the grocery store. I also requested cutlery which was not included. A lady walked up to me and said "it's ready!" And walked away. I guess I was expecting better service or even some help taking it to my car if possible. The taste of the food was what I remembered but the chicken was cold and I had to find a way to cut the pita and warm it up for my guests prior to the event starting. For $200 I would've expected a little better service than that. Maybe because it was a slow rainy Thursday, the service was not that great, but it also doesn't make me want to go back.
