Al Natour. We came here for my parents anniversary. The food was phenomenal and the space was bright and welcoming. The service unfortunately did not match. Gratuity is automatically added, and it showed in the lack of attentiveness. My mom spilled ice and water and the waitress simply watched her clean it up without helping, then continued taking our order. That was disappointing, especially on a special occasion. The appetizers were great, especially the chicken and hummus. The main entrées were even better. We ordered the family platter with meats, lamb chops, and a shawarma to share. We ordered hummus, grape leaves, tabouli salad, fried kibbeh and falafel. The portions are big and the price is great, specifically for the price but I felt the food lacked flavor. Had an absolutely phenomenal time at Al Natour. Was one of the first restaurants we ate at after coming back from vacation and it did not disappoint. I was missing Lebanese food and this hit the spot. The customer service was amazing and the food felt like I was in Lebanon. They had this amazing appetizer sampler and meat platter as well that was so good that my family and I left so full with left overs to spare. Al Natour is a staple in South Florida for Middle Eastern cuisine. I've been here countless times and each time the service and food has been fantastic. Authentic flavors and a wide range of options to choose from. It is true that prices have increased over the years, but you get a great amount of food, so in my opinion it's a good bang for your buck. We got the assortment of appetizers which came with hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel, and other items. The salad came with the appetizers and it was super fresh, everything had a good crunch. I am no stranger to this restaurant. My family eats here a few times a year and we love the food. We ordered salad, falafel, hummus and wings to share. Their mixed grill platters are big and shareable. My husband and mother in law ordered the salmon plate and the whole snapper. The mixed platter gives you a good portion of different meats to try: grilled chicken, grilled lamb, lamb kabob and chicken kabob. We always get their "spicy" rice. It's not spicy but very flavorful and cooked in a stew. It also has some sweet notes with the golden raisins they put in it. We put that garlic butter on everything! It enhances the flavor! this place is such a hidden gem! it's a very spacious restaurant with tons of seating and natural lighting. they also have a case of pastries if you want to see what desserts they have. i ordered take out so i can't say much about the service but the staff were pretty friendly when i came in. i got their mixed grills platter which featured chicken, lamb, and chicken and lamb kabobs. the chicken was my favorite, it was so tender and juicy, it broke right off as i bit into it. the lamb was a bit disappointing for me. i usually like lamb better at middle eastern restaurants, but this one was a bit overcooked. i also felt underwhelmed by the kabobs as they tasted a bit underseasoned. i also got some kibbeh which was super delicious. the texture was perfect and it tasted even better with some lemon juice squeezed on top read more

Located in a strip mall with free but busy parking. Not much flare when you get inside, quite a few tables. I don't think they take reservations. I'd say this is a casual spot. It seems very authentic. I felt the food hearty, yet my kafta was missing a bit of spice. I liked the spicy rice. The meal included a salad which was good and some pickles which I felt a little salty. I didn't love the pita. The bathroom could have used some love. Service was friendly, but a bit absent. I really enjoyed this, we were again a large party of 8 and specifically looking for kabobs, we settled on Al Natour when we saw the size of the tables that were available. It's very easy for a large party to walk in and be seated. They immediately placed a house salad, pita and some dippings sauces on the table, pita and dips are pretty standard but I thought the table salad was a nice touch. Everyone enjoyed their food here, I ordered a mixed grill platter which I went to town on, it was excellent. They even have a small kids menu if needed. The flavors are distinct, all people from the ME know how to recognize a delicious dish made with great ingredients and just full of flavor! Ordered one dish and it was a telltale, the hummus tasted like it came out of a can no texture or flavor not what I am used to, shwerma wasn't even salted or spiced! Waste of a good $30! Middle Eastern spot off university in Plantation. The house pita bread and topping spread they give you is PHENOMENAL. Like wow the garlic sauce was amazing. I don't know if it's made in house or it's Toom or what but I could have destroyed that thing. It was cool seeing all the pictures on the wall and gave it a very authentic feel. I tried this restaurant for the first time while visiting family in south Florida. They weren't busy and we were seated right away for dinner. The inside is nice and.m clean as you can see in the photos below. We ordered their hummus which comes with pita and I really liked their pickle salad. It was delicious. Then we ordered their mixed grill platter, which comes with beef, lamb and chicken over your choice of spicy or plain rice. I liked the spicy rice better. We also ordered their chicken shawarma and everything tasted good. Service is slow though. We had to wait awhile for our food. They need to work on improving their service. Came here with my wife the other day. So excited this place is so close to our house. We ordered a sampler and beef main dish and it was delicious. Huge portions. The best middle Eastern food period. We have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. The owner or the Manager always smiles at you. The staff are friendly and good. The restaurant is neat. The food is fresh and yummy. The platter includes lamb, beef, and chicken, with the perfect blend of rice. I usually replace the skewers of shish for extra chicken as I wasn't too keen on the the shish. This entree is out of the world. The chicken is some of the best I have ever tried, each bite is so juicy and bursting with flavor. It seems a bit pricey but I always have food left over for the following day... only suggestion is I wish it contained more salad and less rice. $18.99 (5/5) Chicken Arrosa - Stuffed and grilled pita bread with ground chicken, onion, & parsley.
